After a one year absence, Rally Argentina returns to the calendar of the FIA World Rally Championship. On May 26 to 29 the three valleys of the hills of Córdoba: Traslasierra, Punilla and Calamuchita will vibrate to the beat of the new World Rally Cars. Three ingredients will make this 31st edition an unforgettable event: a start at full speed in the new circuit built in Villa Carlos Paz, stages with asphalt surface and a big finish broadcasted live to the globe. On Thursday 26, rally Argentina will have its appetizer when the best drivers in the world make their first appearance using the brand new super special stage in the entrance to Villa Carlos Paz. On Friday, the first let will present the most emblematic stages of the event located in Traslasierra, with a double run over El Mirador – San Lorenzo, Mina Clavero – Giulio Cesare and El Condor – Cuesta Blanca. The last, ending in 20km of tarmac. Leg 2, to be run on Saturday May 28, will be a mix starting in Punilla Valley to then move to the classics of the south. This time the asphalt will be in the first stage of the day: Las Jarillas – Falda del Carmen that will end with 14km of this surface. Las Bajadas – Villa del Dique, Amboy – Santa Monica and Santa Rosa – San Agustín will complete the day. An “endurance” stage of 48.21km of extension between Ascochinga and Agua de Oro will give the start to the last day of the competition, Sunday 29, which will finish with three short stages. Argentine spectators will enjoy again the special stage circuit in Villa Carlos Paz. While fans of all over the world will be able to watch the live broadcast of the “Power Stage” to be run from Cabalango to Villa Garcia awarding extra championship points to its winners. With action from start to finish, mixed surfaces, an extensive stage, the new super special stage circuit located in the middle of the mountains, first level drivers and the most advanced rally cars, ¿who could ask for more? Don´t miss it!
