Student Attendance Policy (Política de asistencia para estudiantes)
I have received and reviewed the student attendance policy. By signing below, I agree to follow
this policy and maintain regular attendance in the ESOL program run by the Jacob A. Riis
Neighborhood Settlement House. I understand that my $15 deposit will be returned to me at the
end of the session if I follow the attendance policy.
