Cuando se imprime blanco opaco de
serigrafía en una máquina combinada
es necesario reducir la velocidad de
producción.
Con el nuevo blanco opaco SICURA FLEX
WHITE, Siegwerk ha logrado sacar al mercado una alternativa al blanco opaco serigráfico cuya principal ventaja es poder
imprimir con las velocidades habituales
de flexografía UV. Para imprimir con
este nuevo blanco opaco de flexografía se
necesitan rodillos anilox especiales, como
los de PRAXAIR Surface Technologies, por

Erwin Oscar Mahl afirma que está extremadamente satisfecho con la serie
de tintas SICURA Nutriflex LEDTec de Siegwerk, que utiliza con su nueva
máquina OMET para imprimir embalaje alimentario.
El nuevo negro para reversos de la
serie Nutriflex 10 está especialmente
diseñado para imprimir en el reverso
de diferentes soportes autoadhesivos.
Como estos materiales contienen
silicona, la impresión deja mucho
que desear en cuando a adhesión y
resistencia al arañado. Sin embargo,
el nuevo negro destaca por su
excelente adherencia a estos materiales, y la resistencia al arañado y
al roce es muy buena. El nuevo negro
para reversos es idóneo también para
la impresión de códigos en el reverso
de las etiquetas alimentarias y, por
lo tanto, es bienvenido a la gama de
productos Nutri de Siegwerk.
La compañía de impresión de Baden-Württemberg cuenta con 80
empleados y produce artículos impresos para el mercado internacional. Junto con IST, un fabricante de lámparas UV con sede
en Nürtingen, prueba las lámparas UV LED de última generación. El trabajo se realiza también en la misma máquina usando
una combinación de SICURA Nutriflex 10 y Nutriflex LEDTec.
«El ahorro de energía de las lámparas UV LED puede ser del 30 al
40 por ciento en comparación con un sistema UV convencional»,
explica Mahl. «Además, las lámparas LED duran unas 10.000
horas, mientras que las lámparas UV convencionales no duran
mucho más de 2.000 horas. Las lámparas LED tampoco se calientan
tanto como las lámparas UV».

Drupa 2016: Siegwerk ahora también
produce tintas de impresión digital
La presencia de Siegwerk en Drupa (31.05.
– 10.06.) fue un gran éxito. El autobus,
especialmente equipado y pintado para la
exposición, estuvo ocupado en todo momento con visitantes de todo el mundo.
Los clientes recibieron información de
primera mano de los especialistas en tintas
de Siegwerk, quienes también presentaron
las nuevas tintas de impresión digital. Con
las series SICURA Jet y SICURA NutriJet,
las tintas de inyección de tinta UV
