Remove only one hinge at
a time. Removal of more
than one hinge may result
in personal injury, product,
and/or property damage.

Hinge Cups
Remove hinge screws with a drill/driver and save for reuse. Remove old
hinge and dispose of properly.
Reapply hinge cup and shims in same locations if they become
dislodged during hinge removal. Hold hinge cup and shims in place with
a dab of sealant.

Four (4) #12 x 1 1/2"

Two (2) #10 x 2 1/2"
Wood Screws (frame)
Two (2) #10-25 x 5/8"
Machine Screws
Door Frame
Position new hinge and fasten to door panel using
four (4) #12 x 1 1/2" screws.
Fasten hinge to frame using two (2) #10-24 x 5/8" machine screws
through top and bottom holes and two #12 x 2 1/2" wood screws
through center holes.
▶▶ Hinge replacement is complete.
