to do is clip the bar code from one side of the box and paste it on this reply card. Fill out the
card with your name and mailing address and forwar it to us. We will mail back the solution
of your problem right away. (This service will be performed only if the reply card is filled out in all its parts.)
Tu as égaré une ou plusieurs pièces de ton puzzle? Ne t’inquiète pas, la Clementoni peut
résoudre ton problème. Il suffit de découper le code à barre du puzzle que trouveras sur la
boîte et de le coller su cette carte postale qu’il faudra nous envoyer bien complétée avec les
informations demandées. Nous penserons à tout! (Ce service est assuré que si la carte postale est
complétée dans son intégralité)
Haben Sie ein oder mehrere Puzzle-Teile verloren? Keine Angst, Clementoni hat sich schon
immer um die Bedürfnisse seiner Kunden gekümmert und hat für dieses Mißgeschick eine
Lösung vorgesehen. Man muß nur den Strich-Code des Puzzles abschneiden und an den
dafür vorgesehenen Platz kleben. Die Karte komplett ausfüllen und in einem verschlossenen
Umsclag an uns senden. Der Rest wird von uns erledigt. (Der Kundendienst kann nur erfolgen, wenn
