PEDIDOS:
ORDERS:
Los pedidos que nos pasen telefónicamente serán
siempre ratificados mediante el envío del mismo a través
de correo, e-mail, o fax, sin cuyo requisito no podremos
responsabilizarnos de su correcta interpretación.
Every order must be confirmed in written ( by e-mail, fax
or letter). Otherwise, we will not be responsible for
any misinterpretation.
PRECIOS:
PRICES:
La tarifa en curso es la única válida. Los precios que
figuran en tarifa son netos, a falta de aplicar el impuesto
correspondiente, si procede. Los precios podrán ser
modificados sin previo aviso por causa de variación en
nuestros costos.
THE CURRENT PRICE LIST IS THE ONLY ONE VALID. THE PRICES
DO NOT INCLUDE ANY TAX, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED IN THE
INVOICE, IF APPROPRIATE. PRICES WILL BE MODIFIED WITHOUT
ANY PREVIOUS NOTICE DUE TO FLUCTUATIONS IN OUR COSTS.
ENVÍOS:
DELIVERY:
Los pedidos se enviarán por nuestra agencia de
transportes habitual, salvo que el cliente desee
recoger el material en nuestro almacén o indique una
agencia de transportes de su elección. En este último
caso, el envío se realizaría siempre a portes debidos.
The goods will be delivered by our usual transport
agency, unless the customer wished to pick up the
goods by themselves or advise their own transport
agency. If the latter, the delivery will always be carried
out as collect.
DEVOLUCIONES:
RETURNED GOODS:
No aceptaremos ninguna devolución sin previo acuerdo.
Asimismo, no se aceptará ninguna reclamación de envíos
incompletos o de mercancía deteriorada transcurridos
4 días a partir de la recepción de la mercancía.
No goods will be accepted without our previous
consent. Moreover, we will not accept incomplete
orders or faulty items after 4 days from the delivery
of the goods.
JURISDICCIÓN:
Cualquier pedido a Pondecor Interiorismo, S.L.
comporta la aceptación de las condiciones generales
de venta aquí expresadas. Ambas partes se someten a la
jurisdicción de los tribunales que designe para cada
caso la parte vendedora.
JURISDICTION:
ANY ORDER PLACED TO PONDECOR INTERIORISMO, S.L.U.
IMPLIES THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE SALES CONDITIONS HEREBY
INDICATED. BOTH PARTIES WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE COURTS
INDICATED BY THE VENDOR.
