Trading Benefits Terms and Conditions
Introduction
1. Depaho Ltd is a regulated investment firm, registered under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange
Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy), under the license no. 161/11.
2. Depaho Ltd, operating under the brand name of FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (herby referred to as
“the Company”), offers Trading Benefits (hereby referred to as “Bonus”) to its new and existing
clients (hereby referred to as “the Client”). This Bonus will be added to the trading equity on the
relevant Client account, and are subject to the following Trading Benefits Terms and Conditions
(hereby referred to as “the Terms”).
3. In order to participate and receive the Bonus, you must agree to the present Terms. By
accepting the present Terms of the Bonus you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read,
understood and intend to be legally bound by these Terms that can be found on our website
www.fxgm.com.
4. In case you have accepted the Terms of the Bonus and you have received the Bonus by mistake,
you need to contact customer support in order to request to remove the Bonus; in such cases, if
you trade with the Bonus, the Company will consider that you unconditionally accept the present
Terms, that are publicly available on the Company’s website www.fxgm.com.
5. The Company reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate this Terms after notifying its clients
by posting the modified Terms on the FXGM website (www.fxgm.com). Upon such change and in
case you do not wish continue using the Bonus, you may contact customer support in order to
request it to be removed.
6. It is recommended that you always read the relevant Terms and Conditions before you accept to
receive a Bonus from the Company.
Conditions of Eligibility
7. The Bonus Promotions are available to clients who have verified their account and were
approved by compliance department.
8. Fraudulent, multiple or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted, neither will
applications made in breach or non-compliance with the rules and regulations governing
Investment Firms and will not be eligible to receive any Bonus.
9. Clients using Meta Trader 4 trading platform with Expert Advisor (EA) feature will not be eligible
for the bonus.
10. The Bonus is not transferrable.
11. The Company bears no responsibility and/or liability if delays are caused by the client in
providing the Company with his/her acceptance to the Terms.

12. The Company bears no responsibility or liability in case that the Company didn’t receive the
client’s consent to the Terms and therefore he/she didn’t receive the Bonus. In such cases it is
the responsibility of the Client to contact Customer Service for assistance.
13. Once the Company receives the Client’s consent to the Terms, the Bonus will be added to the
Client’s trading account within seven (7) working days.
Withdrawal
14. The Client is able to withdraw any profits, without any conditions.
15. The Bonus can be withdrawn only after a minimum trading volume has been achieved, the
volume is calculated taking into account only closed position(s) with their national volume value
(USD based):
Trading volume requirement = 5,000 * (deposit amount + bonus amount)
*For example: Client deposits $1,000 and receives a bonus of $500, in order to withdraw the
$500 Bonus, the client needs to achieve a trading volume of: 5,000 * ($1,000+$500) = $7,500,000.
16. The Company reserves the right, in case the Client withdraws prior to reaching the
predetermined trading bonus volume requirement, to remove or adjust the allocated Bonus
according to the Client net deposit (=Deposits minus Withdrawals).
*For example: Client deposits $1,000 and receives a Bonus of $500, if the Client withdraws $500
which is 50% of his deposit, the Bonus will be adjusted by 50%, i.e. the Bonus will be come to be
$250
17. In the following events the Bonus will be removed from the client’s trading account:
a. The client has no remaining margin available in his/her trading account;
b. The client’s trading account has been terminated/suspended by the compliance
department due to a material breach of the Company’s Terms and conditions /
investigation.
General Conditions
18. Any losses resulting from the Client’s transactions will always be deducted first from the
Client’s withdrawable equity and only after the withdrawable equity reaches Zero (0) the
losses will be deducted from the Bonus.
19. In the event that a client is not coming in good faith and the main activity of the trading account
is not for trading but rather for hunting the Bonus, the Company, reserves the right to reverse
the trading transactions and close the trading account of the client after having notified him.

20. If a client has a negative balance and any open positions and wishes to deposit, he/she
undertakes to cover all negative balance when depositing. If the client does not wish to cover
the negative balance, once there are no longer open positions the Client should inform the
Company, by contacting the Company’s Support, in order for the Company to adjust the balance
of the trading account to zero.
21. All the Terms of this Bonus are essential and binding.
22. All Terms of this Bonus shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus.
23. Any disputes arising out or in connection with the present Bonus shall be exclusively settled by
the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus.

4. Nel caso in cui hai accettato i termini del Bonus e hai ricevuto il bonus per errore, è necessario
contattare l'assistenza clienti, al fine di chiedere di rimuovere il bonus; in questi casi, se fai
trading con il bonus, la Società prenderà in considerazione di accettare incondizionatamente i
termini attuali, che sono pubblicamente disponibili sul sito internet della Società
www.fxgm.com.
5. La Società si riserva il diritto di alterare, modificare o risolvere i presenti Termini dopo aver

seguito a tale cambiamento e nel caso in cui non si desideri continuare a utilizzare il bonus, è
possibile contattare l'assistenza clienti per richiedere che sia rimosso.
6. Si consiglia di leggere sempre i Termini e condizioni rilevanti prima di accettare e ricevere un
bonus da parte della Società.
Condizioni di ammissibilità
7. Le promozioni bonus sono a disposizione dei clienti che hanno verificato il loro conto e sono stati
approvati dal dipartimento di conformità;
8. Non saranno accettate richieste multiple, fraudolente e non correttamente compilate,e neanche
le richieste effettuate in violazione o nel mancato rispetto delle norme e dei regolamenti in
materia di imprese di investimento, avranno diritto a ricevere alcun bonus.
9. I clienti che utilizzano la piattaforma Meta Trader 4 di trading con la funzione Expert Advisor (EA)
non avrà diritto al bonus.
10. Il bonus non è trasferibile.
11. La Società non si assume alcuna responsabilità se i ritardi sono causati dal cliente nel fornire alla
Società la sua accettazione dei Termini.

12. La Società non si assume alcuna responsabilità nel caso in cui la Società non abbia ricevuto il
consenso del cliente dei Termini e quindi il cliente non abbia ricevuto il bonus. In questi casi è la
responsabilità del Cliente di contattare il Servizio Clienti per assistenza.
13. Una volta che la Società riceve il consenso del Cliente dei Termini, il bonus verrà aggiunto al
conto trading del Cliente entro sette (7) giorni lavorativi.
Ritiro
14. Il Cliente è in grado di ritirare eventuali utili, senza alcuna condizione.
15. Il bonus può essere ritirato solo dopo aver raggiunto un volume minimo di negoziazione, il
volume viene calcolato tenendo in considerazione solo posizione chiuse (s) con volume in valore
nazionale (espresso in USD):
Volume di scambi necessario = 5.000 * (importo del deposito + bonus)
* Ad esempio: I depositi del cliente é pari a $ 1,000 e riceve un bonus di $ 500, al fine di ritirare il
Bonus di $ 500, il cliente ha bisogno di raggiungere un volume di scambi di: * 5.000 ($ 1.000 +
$ 500) = $ 7500000.
16. La Società si riserva il diritto, nel caso in cui il Cliente si ritira prima di raggiungere il volume di
bonus negoziato necessario prestabilito, per rimuovere o regolare il bonus assegnato in base al
deposito del cliente (= Depositi meno prelievi).
* Ad esempio: Se il depositi del cliente é pari a 1.000 dollari e riceve un bonus di $ 500, se il
Cliente ritira $ 500, che è il 50% del suo deposito, il bonus verrà ridotto del 50%, vale a dire il
bonus sarà $ 250
17. Nei seguenti casi l bonus saranno rimossi dal conto trading del cliente:
a. Il cliente non ha margine residuo disponibile nella suo conto trading;
b. Il conto trading del cliente è stato chiuso / sospeso dal dipartimento di conformità a
causa di una violazione sostanziale dei Termini e condizioni della societaà/ indagine.
Condizioni generali
18. Le eventuali perdite derivanti da operazioni del Cliente saranno sempre dedotte prima dal
capitale ritirabile del Cliente e solo dopo che il capitale ritirabile raggiunga zero (0) la perdita
sarà dedotta dal Bonus.
19. Nel caso in cui un cliente non sia in buona fede e l'attività principale del conto di trading non sia
la negoziazione, ma piuttosto la ricerca del Bonus, la Società, si riserva il diritto di annullare le
operazioni di trading e chiudere il conto di trading del cliente dopo averlo notificato.
20. Se un cliente ha un saldo negativo ed eventuali posizioni aperte e desidera depositare, si
impegna a coprire tutto il saldo negativo al momento del deposito. Se il cliente non desidera

coprire il saldo negativo, una volta che non ci sono più posizioni aperte il Cliente deve informare
la società, contattando il supporto della società, in modo che l'azienda possa regolare il saldo del
conto di trading a zero.
21. Tutti i termini di questo bonus sono essenziali e vincolanti.
22. Tutti i termini di questo bonus sono disciplinati dalle disposizioni legislative e regolamenti della
Repubblica di Cipro.
23. Eventuali controversie derivanti da o in connessione con il presente Bonus sono stabilite
esclusivamente dai tribunali della Repubblica di Cipro.

Introduction
1. Depaho Ltd est une société d'investissement réglementée, immatriculée à la Cyprus Securities
and Exchange Commission (CySEC) (www.cysec.gov.cy) sous le numéro de licence 161/11.
2. Depaho Ltd, exploitant son activité sous la marque FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (ci-après dénommée
« la Société »), propose des avantages de trading (ci-après dénommés « Bonus ») à ses clients,
nouveaux et actuels (ci-après dénommés « le Client »). Ce Bonus est ajouté au capital de trading
du compte Client en question, et il est soumis aux Conditions générales des avantages de trading
suivantes (ci-après dénommés « les Conditions »).
3. Pour participer et bénéficier du Bonus, vous devez accepter les présentes Conditions. En
acceptant les présentes Conditions du Bonus, vous reconnaissez sans réserve avoir lu, compris et
vous entendez être légalement tenu par ces Conditions consultables sur notre site internet
www.fxgm.com.
4. Dans le cas où vous avez accepté les Conditions du Bonus par erreur et ainsi reçu le Bonus par
erreur, vous devez contacter le Service clientèle afin de demander la suppression du Bonus ;
dans un tel cas de figure, si vous tradez avec le Bonus, la Société estimera que vous acceptez
sans réserves les présentes Conditions, publiquement disponibles sur le site internet de la
Société www.fxgm.com.
5. La Société se réserve le droit de modifier, corriger ou de mettre fin à ces Conditions, après en
avoir informé ses clients en affichant la version modifié des Conditions sur le site internet FXGM
(www.fxgm.com). A la suite d’une telle modification et dans le cas où vous ne souhaitez plus
utiliser le Bonus, vous pouvez contacter le Service clientèle afin d’en demander sa suppression.
6. Nous vous conseillons de toujours lire les Conditions générales concernées avant d’accepter de
recevoir un Bonus de la part de la Société.
Conditions d'éligibilité
7. Les Promotions Bonus sont disponibles aux clients qui ont vérifié leur compte et qui ont été
validés par le Service de conformité.
8. Les demandes frauduleuses, multiples ou remplies de manière erronée ne sont pas retenues ; ni
les demandes effectuées en violation ou en non-conformité des dispositions légales et
réglementaires régissant les Sociétés d’investissements, et n’ont pas le droit de bénéficier d’un
Bonus.
9. Les clients qui utilisent la plateforme de trading Meta Trader 4 avec la fonction Expert Advisor
(EA) ne sont pas éligibles aux bonus.
10. Le Bonus n’est pas transmissible.

11. La Société n'assume aucune responsabilité quant aux retards occasionnés par le Client en
apportant à la Société son accord sur les Conditions.
12. La Société n'assume aucune responsabilité dans le cas où elle ne reçoit pas l’accord du Client sur
les Conditions et, par conséquent, ce dernier ne reçoit pas le Bonus. Dans un tel cas, il
appartient au Client de contacter le Service clientèle pour obtenir de l’aide.
13. Dès que la Société reçoit l’accord du Client sur les Conditions, le Bonus est crédité sur le compte
de trading du Client dans un délai de sept (7) jours ouvrables.
Retrait
14. Le Client est en mesure de retirer ses profits, sans aucune réserve.
15. Le Bonus peut être retiré uniquement quand un volume minimum de trading à été atteint ; le
volume est calculé en prenant en compte uniquement les positions fermées sur leur valeur de
volume nationale (en USD):
Volume de trading requis = 5 000 * (montant du dépôt + montant du bonus)
*Par exemple : Le Client dépose 1 000 $ et reçoit un bonus de 500 $; pour être en mesure de
retirer le Bonus de 500 $, le client doit atteindre un volume de trading de : 5 000 * (1 000 $ +
500 $) = 7 500 000 $.
16. Dans le cas où le Client effectue un retrait avant d’atteindre le volume préétabli de trading
requis, la Société se réserve le droit de supprimer ou d'ajuster le Bonus alloué en fonction du
dépôt net du Client (= Dépôts moins Retraits).
*Par exemple : Le Client dépose 1 000 $ et reçoit un bonus de 500 $ ; si le Client retire 500 $, ce
qui correspond à 50% de son dépôt, le Bonus sera ajusté de 50%, c.-à-d. le Bonus devient 250 $
17. Le Bonus sera supprimé du compte de trading du Client dans les cas suivants :
a. lorsque le Client ne dispose plus de marge disponible dans son compte de trading ;
b. lorsque le compte de trading du client est clôturé ou suspendu par le Service de
conformité en raison d'une violation importante des Conditions générales ou lors d’une
enquête.
Conditions générales
18. Les pertes engendrées par les transactions du Client sont toujours déduites, en premier lieu,
du capital retirable du Client ; et les pertes sont déduites du Bonus uniquement quand le
capital retirable atteint zéro (0).

19. Dans le cas où un client n’est pas de bonne foi et l'activité principale du compte de trading n'est
pas le trading mais plutôt la chasse aux Bonus, la Société se réserve le droit d’inverser les
transactions de trading et de clôturer le compte de trading du Client après l’en avoir notifié.
20. Si un Client a un solde négatif ainsi que des positions ouvertes et souhaite effectuer un dépôt, il
s'engage à couvrir tout solde négatif au moment du dépôt. Si le Client ne souhaite pas couvrir le
solde négatif ; une fois toutes les positions fermées, le Client doit en informer la Société, en
contactant le Service clientèle, afin que la Société ajuste le solde du compte de trading à zéro.
21. Toutes les Conditions de ce Bonus sont indispensables et contraignante.
22. Toutes les Conditions de ce Bonus sont régies par les dispositions légales et réglementaires de la
République de Chypre.
23. Tout litige résultant du présent Bonus, ou en rapport avec ce dernier, est réglé dans les
tribunaux de la République de Chypre.

Introducción
1. Depaho Ltd es una empresa de inversión regulada, registrada con la Comisión de Bolsa y Valores

2. Depaho Ltd, que opera bajo el nombre comercial de FXGM (www.fxgm.com) (denominado de
aquí en adelante como "la Compañía"), ofrece beneficios comerciales (denominado de ahora en
adelante como "Bono") a sus clientes nuevos y existentes (denominados de ahora en adelante
como "el Cliente"). Esta bonificación se añadirá al capital de negociación en la cuenta del cliente

11. La Compañía no asume ninguna responsabilidad y / u obligación si los retrasos en la presentación
con la aceptación de los Términos a la compañía son causados por el cliente.
12. La Compañía no asume ninguna responsabilidad u obligación en caso de que la Compañía no
haya recibido el consentimiento a los Términos del cliente y por lo tanto él / ella no haya recibido
el Bono en consecuencia. En tales casos, es responsabilidad del cliente ponerse en contacto con
el Servicio al Cliente para obtener ayuda.
13. Una vez que la Compañía haya recibido el consentimiento a los Términos del cliente, se añadirá
la bonificación a la cuenta comercial del Cliente dentro de los próximos siete (7) días hábiles.
Retiro
14. El cliente puede retirar los beneficios, sin ninguna condición.
15. El bono puede ser retirado sólo después de haber generado un volumen mínimo de negocio, el
volumen se calcula teniendo en cuenta solamente la(s) posición(es) cerrada(s) con su valor de
volumen nacional (basado USD):
Requisito de volumen de comercio = 5,000 * (cantidad del depósito + cantidad del bono)
* Por ejemplo: El cliente deposita $ 1000 y recibe un bono de $ 500, con el fin de retirar el bono
de $ 500, el cliente necesita generar un volumen de comercio de: 5000 * ($ 1000 + $ 500) =
$7.500.000.
16. La Compañía se reserva el derecho, en caso de que el cliente retire antes de alcanzar el requisito
de volumen de comercio del bono predeterminado, de eliminar o ajustar el Bono asignado de
acuerdo con el depósito neto del cliente (= Depósitos menos retiros).
* Por ejemplo: el cliente deposita $ 1000 y recibe un bono de $ 500, si el cliente retira $ 500, que
es el 50% de su depósito, el bono será ajustado en un 50%, es decir, el bono se convertirá en $

17. En los siguientes eventos el Bono será retirado de la cuenta comercial del cliente:

Condiciones generales
18. Cualquier pérdida resultante de las transacciones del cliente siempre se deducirá primero del
capital extraíble del Cliente y sólo después de que el capital extraíble llegue a cero (0) las
pérdidas serán deducidas del Bono.
19. En el caso de que un cliente no venga de buena fe y la actividad principal de la cuenta de
operaciones no sea el comercio, sino más bien la caza de la bonificación, la Compañía, se reserva
el derecho de revertir las operaciones de negociación y cerrar la cuenta comercial del cliente
después de haber sido notificado.
20. Si un cliente tiene un saldo negativo y alguna posición abierta y desea depositar, él / ella se
compromete a cubrir todo el saldo negativo al depositar. Si el cliente no desea cubrir el saldo
negativo, una vez que ya no haya posiciones abiertas el Cliente debe informar a la Compañía,
poniéndose en contacto con atención al cliente, para que la empresa pueda ajustar el balance de

handlowanie, a polowanie na bonus, Spółka zastrzega sobie prawo do unieważnienia transakcji
handlowych i zamknięcia konta handlowego klienta, po uprzednim poinformowaniu go.

20. Jeśli klient ma ujemny bilans i żadnych otwartych pozycji i chce wpłacić fundusze zobowiązuje się
do pokrycia ujemnego salda w chwili składania. Jeśli klient nie chce pokrywać tych strat musi

2. Depaho Ltd , som verkar under varumärket FXGM ( www.fxgm.com) (härmed kallad "Bolaget") ,

12. Bolaget bär inget ansvar eller skyldighet i det fall att bolaget inte fick Kundens samtycke till

Omsättningskrav = 5000 * ( insättningsbelopp + bonusbeloppet)

Bonusen på $500, måste kunden att uppnå en handelsvolym på: 5.000 * ($500 + $1000) =

Bonus ska komma att bli $250
17. I följande händelser så kommer Bonus att tas bort från kundens handelskonto:
a. Kunden har ingen återstående tillgänglig marginal i hans / hennes handelskonto;
b. Kundens handelskonto har sagts upp / upphävas av compliance avdelningen på grund av
en väsentlig överträdelse av bolagets Villkor / undersökning.
Allmänna Vilkor
18. Eventuella förluster till följd av Kundens transaktioner kommer alltid att dras först från
Kundens eget uttagbara kapital och först efter det utdragbara kapitalet når noll ( 0 ) kommer
förlusterna att dras från Bonusen.

19. I händelse av att en kund inte kommer i god tro och den huvudsakliga verksamheten på
handelskonto är inte för handel utan snarare för att jaga Bonusar, förbehåller sig Bolaget rätten
att vända handelstransaktionerna och stänga kontot efter att ha meddelat Kunden .
20. Om en kund har ett negativt saldo och öppna positioner och vill göra insättning , så åtar sig
Kunden att täcka all negativ balans vid insättningen . Om kunden inte vill täcka det negativa
saldot , när det inte längre finns öppna positioner, bör kunden informera Bolaget, genom att
kontakta kund supporten, för att Bolaget ska justera balansen av handelnskontot till noll.
21. Alla Villkoren för Bonusen är avgörande och bindande .
22. Alla Villkor för Bonusen skall regleras av lagar och förordningar i Republiken Cypern.
23. Eventuella tvister som uppstår i samband med denna Bonus skall exklusivt avgöras av
domstolarna i Republiken Cypern.
