1994 offering its now wellknown product “La Guindilla de
Ibarra” with the certified Basque
label of Quality.
La producción de Zubelzu se
realiza de forma cuidadosa, utilizando las prácticas de cultivo
más respetuosas con el medio
ambiente. La recolección es
rigurosa y selectiva, realizandose en el momento justo de su
desarrollo.

Production in Zubelzu is carried
out with extreme care, using the
most environmentally-friendly
farming practices. The harvesting is rigorous and selective,
done at just the right moment
of growth.

of origin to commercialisation,
the Regulatory Council of the
Basque Quality Label, certifies
and guarantees the characteristics of Zubelzu green chili
pepper which arrives at the
market with the Basque Label.

gildak eskuz lantzen dira, lehen kalitateko produktuak soilik erabiliz: Zubelzu piperrak, eskuz landutako antxoak eta oliba zaporetsuak.
In keeping with our philosophy of artisanal work,
Zubelzu “gilda” olives are elaborated by hand
using exclusively top quality products: Zubelzu
green chili peppers, artisanal anchovies and tasty
olives.
