(Designed for use with a standard intubation pillow)
(Place a ‘cross sheet’ under the Elevation Pillow (EP); if needed this will
Facilitate moving the patient as a ‘unit’ with the EP)
(Put the O.R. table in a slight back down position…facilitates patient transfer; post
transfer raise the back up to achieve the H.E.L.P. position)
(Place a ‘regular’ pillow under the patient’s knees)
Use the Barrier Cover for Foam or Vinyl Covered Elevation Pillow

L’Oreiller d’Élévation Troop/Directives d’Installation
(Conçu pour être utilisé avec un oreiller d’intubation standard)
Placer un “trans-drap” sous l’Oreiller d’Élévation (OE); au besoin, cela
facilitera le déplacement simultané du patient et de l’(OE).
(Fixer la table d’opération dans une position légèrement abaissée… ceci facilite le
transfert du patient; post- transfert du patient, élever le dos pour atteindre la position
T.E.P.L.
(Placer un oreiller “ordinaire” d’hôpital sous les genoux du patient)
Utilisez la couverture protectrice pour l’Oreiller d’Élévatiom en mousse jetable
ou l’Oreiller d’Élévation recouvert de vinyle.
Patient morbidement obèse : de la position complètement couché sur le
dos, à la position « Tête Élevé Position Laryngoscopie » T.E.P.L.

Anweisungen zum Gebrauch des Troop Elevation Pillow.( Entwickelt zum
Gebrauch mit einem normalen Intubationskissen).(Man lege ein Laken quer unter das
Kissen. Dies ermoeglicht es, wenn noetig, den Patienten zusammen mit dem Kissen zu
bewegen.)
Den O.P. Tisch leicht nach unten verstellen...das erleichtert den Transfer des
Patienten; nach
dem Transfer wieder hoch stellen um die H.E.L.P. Position zu
erreichen. Ein normales Kissen unter die Knie des Patienten legen.)
Benutzen Sie den undurchdringlichen Schutzbezug fuer das Schaum-oder mit
Kunststoff bezogene Elevation Pillow.
Fuer Patienten mit extremem Uebergewicht von vollkommen
flacher Lage zur erhoeten Laryngoscopy Kopflage

(Collocare un lenzuolo di travers al di sotto del Cuscino di Elevazione(CE); se c’e’
bisogno, cosi facilità lo spostamento del paziente insieme con il (CE)
(Posiziona il tavolo operatorio in posizione leggermente giù …tale aiuta a trasferire il
paziente; dopo il trasferimento posiziona il tavolo operatorio nella posizione
Laringoscopy con la Testa Elevata
(Mettere un cuscino ‘regolare’ sotto le ginocchie del paziente )
Usare la Protezione per la gomma piuma o Cuscino di Elevazione Coperto con il
Vinile
Il Paziente Morbosamente Obeso: dalla posizione completamente supina
alla Posizione Laringoscopy con la Testa Elevata
