PROTECCIÓN ANTIMANCHAS PARA PORCELANICO PULIDO
Los porcelanicos de alto pulido de Mapisa Cerámica están mecánicamente pulidos y sellados antes de ser
encajados, no obstante nuestro proceso de pulido requerirá un cierto nivel de cuidados que se
recomienda enérgicamente para un brillo duradero y un completo efecto espejo.
Sabemos desde la experiencia que, debido a la gran variedad de productos existentes en el sector de la
construcción (materiales de colocación, juntas, etc) e incontables soluciones para el cuidado de las
baldosas, el producto elegido para un fin en concreto podría no ser el adecuado. Los porcelanicos pulidos
requieren sellante por la simple razón que el proceso mecanico de pulido abre el poro de la superficie
del azulejo. Ésto puede llevar a considerables problemas de mantenimiento de modo que éstos casos
la prevención es las mejor herramienta así que siempre aconsejamos a nuestros clientes sellar el
porcelanico pulido. La guía adjunta le ayudará a asegurar que su porcelanico pulido queda protegido y
fácil de limpiar durante muchos años.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
Limpieza después de la colocación:
Se sugiere una buena limpieza inicial después de colocar totalmente el suelo o pared, ésto es especialmente
importante para eliminar la los restos de material de rejunte y la suciedad común derivada de los propios
trabajos de la obra.
Recomendamos el uso del producto FILADETERDEK, es un producto ligeramente acido que no emite
vapores nocivos para el usuario y puede atacar las juntas.
En caso de que el material colocado se haya rejuntado con epoxy o material de rejunte resinoso,
recomendamos limpiar después de la colocación con el detergente especifico FILACR10.
Mantenimiento regular:
Para una buena limpieza del suelo se aconseja el uso del producto FILACLEANER, es un detergente natural
con un alto poder de limpieza.
En el caso de suciedad fuerte y encrustada por el paso del tiempo, se recomienda consultar la siguiente
tabla para encontrar la solución perfecta para cada situación.

STAINLESS PROTECTION FOR POLISHED PORCELAIN BY MAPISA
Mapisa Cerámica High polished porcelain tiles are mechanically polished and sealed before boxed, though
normally our process of polishing will normally require a certain level of care and it is highly suggested for
neverending shiny and full mirror effect.
From experience we do know that due to the number of different products in the building industry
(installing material, grouts, etc.) and uncountless tile care solutions, the product choosen could not be
the proper one. Polished tiles require sealing for the simple reason that the mechanical polishing process
opens up the pores on the surface of the tile. This can lead to considerable maintenance problems so at
these cases the prevention is the best tool so we always advise customers to seal polished porcelain. The
attached guide will help to ensure that your polished porcelain remains protected and easy to clean for
many years.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning after laying:
It is suggested a good initial cleaning after the laying on the floor or wall, this is very important for
removing residual grouting and the normal dirt coming from the building works.
We suggest the use of the product FILADETERDEK, it is a lightly acid product that does not emit fumes that
are harmful for the user and that can attacks joints.
In case of material installed with epoxy or resinous grouting, we recommend to clean after laying with an
specific detergent FILACR10.
Regular maintenance:
For a good cleaning of the floor is advised the use of the product FILACLEANER, it is a natural detergent
with a high cleaning power.
In case of strong dirty and encrusted by the time, we recommend to consult the following scheme to find
the perfect solution to every situation.
