Das MEDIALIS Athrodese-Platten-System 3.5
Das MEDIALIS-System wurde für die operative Rückfußchirurgie entwikkelt. Die anatomische Form der winkelstabilen Platten enstpricht dem
medialen Bogen des Fußes und berücksichtigt ebenfalls die variablen
Knochendiameter dieses Skelettabschnittes. Versetzte „Off-Set“
Schraubenlöcher ermöglichen maximale Stabilität und frühere Belastung
des Fußes, daher vermindert sich die Inaktivitätsatrophie des Knochens.
Insgesamt führt dies zu einer verkürzten Behandlungszeit und einem
erhöhten Patientenkomfort.
The MEDIALIS Arthrodesis Plate System 3.5
The MEDIALIS System was developed for the rear foot surgery. The
anatomical shape of the locking plates corresponds to the medial arch
of the foot and considers additionally the variable bone diameters of the
skeleton sector. Staggered „Off-Set“ screw holes allow a maximum of
stability and earlier weight bearing of the operated foot and also help to
decrease the atrophy of the bone caused by the inactivity. Overall this
leads to a shorter treatment period and increases the comfort of the
patient.

El sistema MEDIALIS ha sido desarollado para la cirurgía de retro pie. Las
placas de bloque corresponden a la forma antómica del arco medial del
pie y consideran también los diámetros variables del hueso en este area.
Orificios tipo “Off-Set” permiten una fijación estable y una carga rápida,
por lo que se reduce la atrofia del hueso a causa de inactividad. El
resultado es un tratamiento más corto y aumenta la satisfacción y el
confort del paciente.
