Healthy Campus Program 2015
Goals
Interventions in health promotion and prevention are set up in the
courtyards of the University about hydration, sodium intake and
cardiovascular risk.

• Want to know your level of water intake? Online
• Results optimal/real level and feedback
• Do you think you could increase your intake?
• Log to plan change
• Information flyers are reinforced by the 4 times
• At 3 months they are contacted via email to know their current
habit

Conclusions:
Among the participants of interventions in the campus courtyards, a
high percentage of unhealthy habits were observed.
Such activities capture a significant number of people who do not
consult spontaneously (asymptomatic and unaware of their
consumption habits).
Awareness coupled with a brief intervention, may provoke the
acquiring of new habits and behavior change in the future.
