En nuestra revista han encontrado un hueco las mejores recetas
de cocina de nuestra tierra, hay un espacio para contarte las

y, cómo no, hemos reservado un sitio especial para la cultura y la

Right on the beach front and next to this residential complex in San Juan de los Terreros, the Mar
de Pulpí Commercial Centre shot out of the starting blocks with three premises already open

¿Qué mejor que una competición en las pistas del Residencial para
fomentar el espíritu deportivo? Residentes y colaboradores disfrutaron
de una completa jornada futbolera donde resultaron ganadores los
clientes españoles que jugaron contra los belgas en un partido muy
igualado. ¡Enhorabuena a los campeones!
El golf es una de las pasiones de muchos de nuestros
colaboradores y clientes y, por ello, organizamos una
Jornada para nuestra red de agentes, dedicada a este
deporte en Aguilón Golf, muy cerca del Residencial
Mar de Pulpí en San Juan de los Terreros, en Costa de

What better way to promote the sporting spirit than a competition
on the residential football pitches? Residents and collaborators
alike enjoyed a full day of football where the Spanish clients were

The clients of residential complex Amelié VPO in Murcia requested our
presence at their end of summer party via Facebook…and their wish
was granted! In addition, they also hosted a dessert competition with
a prize for the winner. It’s enough to make your mouth water.
Golf Day in Mar de Pulpí
Golf is one of the passions of many of our collaborators
and clients. With this in mind, we organized a day
for our network of agents, dedicated to this sport at
Aguilón Golf, very close to the Residential Mar de Pulpí
in San Juan de los Terreros, on the coast of Almeria.

A record-breaking month
Gracias a proyectos como Sea Senses, en
primera línea de playa, y por supuesto al
resto de nuestras promociones de primera
y segunda residencia, podemos considerar
octubre como un mes de récord, ya que se
realizaron un 15% de las ventas de 2013 en
todo el mes. ¡Felicitaciones a todo el equipo
TM!
Thanks to beach-front projects such as Sea
Senses, and of course to the rest of our
developments of first and second residences,
15% of 2013 sales were made during
October, making it a record-breaking month.
That’s almost one and a half houses a day on
average! Congratulations to all the TM staff!

Fiesta en Brasil
Party in Brazil
Para celebrar la firma de la financiación y
el avance de la obra en nuestro proyecto
internacional, en Salvador de Bahía
celebramos una fiesta al más puro estilo
carioca. Fuimos más de 300 asistentes entre
clientes y amigos en una cena que tuvo
animación, fiesta, concursos y regalos. Se
sortearon varios premios como anualidades
de comunidad gratis y se regalaron TV LED a
los clientes que nos recomendaron.
To celebrate the procurement of funds and
the progress of the work on our international
project in Salvador de Bahía, we held a party
in the purest Rio de Janeiro style. More than
300 guests including clients & friends enjoyed
a celebratory dinner with entertainment,
competitions and prizes. One year of free
community fees was given away in a prize
draw, while a flat-screen TV was given to
those clients who had recommended us.

La gran familia de trabajadores de TM se reunió la
noche del 20 de diciembre en el Hotel Dña. Monse
para celebrar la llegada de la Navidad y el final
de un año lleno de éxitos y nuevos proyectos. La
noche estuvo cargada de sorpresas y espectáculo,
como el hipnotista Jeff Toussaint, que logró dejar
a más de un voluntario en los brazos de Morfeo;
o los mariachis, que nos amenizaron durante la
cena con sus rancheras.
Los maestros de ceremonia, nuestros compañeros
Mamen y Carlos, hicieron de la mezcla de humor,
risas y juegos el ingrediente principal la noche,
que se alargó hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
Company Dinner
On the evening of the 20th December, the great
TM Family got together at the Doña Monse
Hotel to celebrate the arrival of Christmas and
the coming to an end of a year full of success
and new projects. In an evening packed full of
surprises, such as hypnotist Jeff Toussaint, (who
managed to leave more than one brave volunteer
in a sleepy trance) or the fantastic performance
from the Mariachi band, who serenaded us with
their tranditional Rancheras during the dinner.
The hosts of the ceremony, our colleagues
Mamen & Carlos, made humour, fun and games
the focal point of a wonderful evening, which
lasted right into the early hours of the morning.

Cala Antena ofrece un gran atractivo gracias a la calidad de sus aguas
cristalinas y su arena fina. La orilla se encuentra flanqueada por dos
acantilados plagados de vegetación, lo que la dota de un encanto
característico. Es una de las playas de Mallorca con bandera azul ya
que dispone de todos los servicios, incluido el acceso a personas con
discapacidad.
La playa de Cala Murada se encuentra situada junto a la desembocadura
del torrente des Fangals, lo cual le otorga un aspecto singular, ya que la
zona de arena separa el mar de este estanque natural donde conviven
diferentes especies de patos y abundante flora autóctona de la zona.
Es una playa de arena fina y con escasa pendiente. La belleza de los fondos
marinos de esta zona hace que sea muy valorada para practicar buceo.
Dispone también de zona de aparcamiento, bar y restaurante, hamacas y
sombrillas de alquiler, patines de pedales, surf, duchas y primeros auxilios.
Con una longitud de 180 metros, se encuentra separada de Cala Domingos
Petit por una punta rocosa que se hunde en el mar. Al igual que ésta,
su playa está formada por un largo brazo de arenas muy finas y escasa

The beach of Cala Murada is located next to the mouth of the Des Fangals
river, which gives it a unique appearance, since the area of sand separates
the sea from this natural pond where different species of ducks cohabit
and there is an abundant flora native to the area.
This is a beach with fine sand and a gentle slope. The beauty of the seabed
in this area makes it the ideal place for diving. Also available is a parking
area, a bar and restaurant, sun loungers and parasols for rent, pedalos,
surfboards, showers and first aid provision.
With a length of 180 meters, this cove is separated from Cala Domingos
Petit by a rocky headland which descends into the sea. This bay is formed
with a long arm of very fine sand and gentle slope, with high quality water
and beautiful seabeds.
Cala Antena offers a great attraction thanks to the quality of its crystal
waters and fine sand. The shore is surrounded by two cliffs filled with
vegetation, which give its distinctive charm. It is one of the blue flag
beaches in Majorca with all available services, including disabled access.

Sal al gusto

1/2 cucharadita de comino
1 cucharón de aceite de oliva

1/2 teaspoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation:
1. Se ponen los pimientos secos en agua
templada, durante 1/2h, para que se ablanden.
Después se raspa la pulpa con un cuchillo y la
pasta obtenida se reserva.
1. Place the peppers in water and leave for half
an hour at room temperature. Once softened,
scrape off the pulp and put to one side.
2. Se pelan las patatas y se cortan por la mitad.
3. Peel the garlic cloves. Then peel the onions,
cutting these into quarters.
3. Se pelan los ajos y las cebollas, éstas últimas se
parten en 4.
4. En una olla con agua y sal, se ponen a hervir
las patatas, cebollas y ajos, hasta que estén
cocidos.
5. En una batidora, se meten todos los ingredientes
y se hace un puré fino. Se le añade el comino.

boiling, salted water and simmer until cooked

5. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients
until a fine puree is obtained. Add the cumin.
6. Se le añade caldo de hervir las patatas hasta
conseguir la textura deseada.

the potatoes until achieving the desired
consistency.
7. Se va echando el aceite de oliva sin dejar de
remover, como si prepararamos un alioli,
ligando el puré con el aceite.

as if preparing aioli, binding the puree to the
oil.
Se sirve bien frío.

1 kg Small fish to make 1,8 litres of stock
200ml Olive oil
2 Dried red peppers

2 Mature tomatoes
20g Paprika
300g Monkfish, diced
300g Prawns, peeled
400g Rice
Saffron and salt
Preparation:
1. Preparamos el fumet o caldo de pescado y
reservamos.
1. Prepare the fish stock and put to one side.
2. En una paellera con el aceite caliente se fríen
las ñoras.
3. Take out the peppers and chop finely, mixing in
a pinch of salt. Put to one side.
3. Las apartamos y las picamos en el mortero
con una pizca de sal y las reservamos.
4. Using the same oil, gently fry the garlic,
tomatoes, paprika, monkfish and prawns.
4. En el mismo aceite, hacemos el frito de ajos,
tomate, pimentón, rape y gambas.
5. Add the rice to the pan, moving constantly
until well covered with the oil. Next, add
the fish stock and cook on a high heat for
8 minutes. Turn down the heat and leave to
simmer a further 18 minutes.

antemano y lo tenemos cociendo 8 minutos
a fuego fuerte y el resto moderado hasta un
total de 18 minutos.

El municipio de Pulpí celebra cada año sus
fiestas patronales en honor a San Miguel
Arcángel. El momento más esperado por todos
llega a media noche, cuando salen Los Toros de
Fuego. Se trata de una tradición que se remonta a
tiempos inmemoriales y en el que un toro metálico,
armado con material pirotécnico, es llevado por
dos personas que se encargan de lanzar carretillas
(cohetes que al encenderse corren por el suelo)
intentando sorprender a las personas que participan
en esta peculiar corrida. La salida del Toro suele realizarse
desde cualquier rincón inesperado de la plaza del pueblo.

and the Bulls of Fire

When: September 29th
Every year, the town of Pulpi celebrates its
local festivities in honour of the Archangel Saint
Michael. The high point of the evening occurs at
midnight, when “The Bulls of Fire” are released. This
is a tradition dating back to a forgotten time where
a metallic bull, armed with pyrotechnics, is carried
by two people who are also in charge of launching
fireworks across the ground, intended to slow down
those doing the run. The “bull” may be released
without warning from any given corner of the square.
We take a unique and colourful trip full of culture and tradition
around three towns very near to some of our developments.

Orihuela es una ciudad que cuenta con una enorme riqueza
cultural y arquitectónica. Parte de este patrimonio cultural no
podría explicarse sin la celebración de la Semana Santa, un
icono de la ciudad, declarada de Interés Turístico Internacional
en 2010, y que tiene sus orígenes en el siglo XVI. Un ejemplo
de la importancia de esta celebración es la Procesión General
del Viernes Santo, una de las más grandes de España, en
la que participan diez cofradías, más de 8.000 nazarenos,
1.200 músicos, dos centurias romanas, y una centuria de
Guardia Pretoriana. Los dos recorridos más singulares son
la Procesión del Silencio, que envuelve de magia a una
parte de la ciudad que queda completamente a oscuras,
iluminada únicamente con las velas de los peregrinos, y la
Procesión del Santo Entierro de Cristo, celebrada desde
el siglo XVII, y durante la cual se decide reconocer a un
hombre el privilegio de penetrar en los templos de la
ciudad y en la Catedral de Orihuela sin descubrir
su rostro.

of this cultural heritage could not be
explained without making reference to
the Easter week celebrations (Semana
Santa in Spain), an iconic celebration
which was declared of International
Touristic Interest in 2010, and which
has its origins in the XVI Century.
An example of the importance of
this celebration is the Easter Friday
General Procession, one of the
largest in Spain, and one which
counts on the participation of ten
different brotherhoods, over 8000
penitents, 1200 musicians, two
roman centuries, and one century
of Praetorian Guard. The two most
unique marches are the Silent
Procession, which brings magic
to a part of the city as it descends
into complete darkness, the only
light coming from the candles of
the pilgrims, and the Procession
of the Burial of Christ, celebrated
since the XVII Century, and
during which one man is
bestowed the privilege of being
able to enter the city’s temples and
cathedral without taking off his mask.
