Empresa dedicada a la creación y comercialización de composiciones florales para
comercios. De empresa familiar, ha pasado a consolidarse en el mercado nacional y a
buscar nuevas oportunidades en el extranjero, donde ya está presente en más de 5 países.
Responsabilidades:
- Estudio de mercado, posibilidades de diversos sectores y búsqueda de potenciales clientes
por Google, revistas, etc.;
- Envío de correos y ofertas y posterior seguimiento telefónico de potenciales clientes;
- Mantenimiento de las redes sociales;
- Traducciones y escritura de contenidos para la web de la empresa;
- Atender llamadas de clientes nacionales e internacionales;
- Atender clientes en el Show-Room si se da la necesidad.
Perfil requerido:
 Estudios: Comercio, ADE, Economicas, Marketing
 Languages: Buen nivel de español e inglés, otro idioma será un plus

Public Relations Intern in a luxury Hotel

Las tareas de Relaciones Públicas se enfocan en un atento trato directo al cliente a nivel
internacional y de manera MultiLingue. el objetivo es hacer de la estancia de los huéspedes
una verdadera buena experiencia e investigar a través de diferentes herramientas de
Relaciones Públicas qué opinan sobre los servicios del hotel para mejorar y mantener un nivel
excelente:
* Prospección de nuevos clientes y seguimiento de clientes antiguos.
* Actividades de seguimiento y atención directa al cliente: bienvenida, comentarios. Gestión
de modelos de consulta y cuestionarios de medición de calidad: Feedback comercial.
* Evento comercial de ampliación de cartera de clientes donde se presentan beneficios,
descuentos, etc.
* Desarrollo del Tour por el hotel: Habitaciones, instalaciones, zona pública, zona vacacional.
Gestión de E-mail: Bienvenida, supervisión de clientes, feedback calidad comercial.
* Supervisión de “Regalos de Bienvenida“ y otros modelos de atención al cliente e incentivos
de fidelización.
* Trabajo con bases de datos y sistemas internos de registro.



International Receptionist in a luxury Hotel
WHERE? Nice , France
WHEN? Position available from 12.2015
DURATION: 3 months +
HOW MANY HOURS? full time, 39h/week
4 star hotel located in the heart of the Nice, just 300 meters from the beach. With a panoramic
terrace, sauna and heated pool, everything made for a luxury treatment of visitors.
The tasks are varied:
Front Desk tasks include:
* Guest service
* Check-in/ Check-out
* Reactivity in order to face unpredictable changes: late check-out, extensions, early
departures etc.
* Giving information to hostel guests regarding tourist attractions, leisure activities etc.
* Answering questions regarding hostel offers, facilities and events.
* Handling complaints, suggestions, etc
We are looking for:
 Studies: Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, Business, Marketing , Communication
 Languages: High English and French
 Young, dynamic, proactive, social and energetic profiles are appreciated.
