companies in the electrical sector, with over
twenty-five years’ experience, enabled Técnicas
Eléctricas y Desarrollo Integral, S.L. (Teydi) to
be founded as a firm through which we defend a

el industrial, terciario y energías renovables,
acometemos instalaciones eléctricas de media
y baja tensión; de control y supervisión; de
telecomunicaciones; de seguridad y de protección

as the vineyards around and they evolve dynamically
according the occurred chromatic changes on the
neighbouring vegetation throughout the whole year .
La Ecociudad de Montercorvo es
un proyecto singular, localizado
en la Comunidad de la Rioja
(España) que ha sido creada como
modelo de ciudad innovadora,
basada al 100% en el suministro
de energías alternativas.
El objetivo general es construir
una ciudad con cero emisiones
y desechos, con altos ahorros en
CO2 , basada en la energía eólica,
módulos fotovoltaicos y colectores solares
con el fin de implentar un nuevo concepto en
calidad de vida, donde todas las necesidades de
consumo sean cubiertas por la explotación de
recursos provenientes de energías alternativas.
Los lineamientos generales de promoción de
desarrollo sostenible a desarrollar en este
proyecto redefiniran el diseño y construcciones
del fututro, siendo llamado a convertirse en
uno de los mejores ejemplos con respecto
a integración entre tecnología y filosofías
amigables con el medio ambiente.
Montecorvo Ecocity
is
a
unique proyect located in the
Rioja Community (Spain), and
it’s conceived as a model of
innovative city, 100% based on
renewable energies suppliance.
The overall target is to build a
zero waste and carbon neutral
city with high C02 savings, based
on wind power, photovoltaic
panels and solar collectors in
order to implement a new conception of quality
of life, where all the energy consumption
requirements will be satisfied by the explotaition
of alternative energy sources.
The guidelines for promotion of a sustainable
development trend will redefine the design
and construction of the incoming future,
and this project is called to be turned into
one of the best examples of intelligent and
respectful integration between technology and
environmental friendly philosophies.

Así mismo, en Teydi realizamos en la actualidad
tres proyectos de I+D+i en colaboración con la
Escuela Politécnica Superior de la Universidad
de A Coruña.

Concretamente, se trata del Estudio y Desarrollo
de Interfaces Multimodales para Habitaciones
Inteligentes; de la Investigación y Desarrollo
de Tecnología de Gestión y Monitorización
Inteligente Integrada para Instalaciones de
Hostelería; y del Desarrollo de un Sistema
de Gestión y Monitorización Inteligente en
Residencias para la Tercera Edad.
This is specifically about the study and
development of multimodal interfaces for
intelligent rooms and about research and
development of intelligent technology oriented
to integral management and monitoring for
hotels and industrial facilities and a system for
management and the development of intelligent
monitoring in third age retirement homes.
