Carta de bienvenida - Trofeo Ciutat de Palma

Estimados entrenadores y jefes de equipo:
Bienvenidos a las instalaciones del RCNP, el cual os acogerá gustosamente a todas las clases
invitadas para este 66 TROFEO CIUTAT DE PALMA.
En la oficina de regatas encontrará toda la información en relación a la regata, zona varada para su
equipo, zona de amarres para su embarcación, parking y zona de ocio.
Confirmación de Registro a su llegada:
Con motivo de agilizar la confirmación de inscripciones, os enviamos a continuación el
procedimiento a seguir:
1.- Horario de registro: La oficina de regatas permanecerá abierta para el registro el
1 de Diciembre de 15:00 a 19:00 h. (confirmación inscripción, clase Optimist)
2 de diciembre de 09:00 - 13:30 y 15:00 - 19:00 h. (confirmación inscripción, clase Optimist)
3 de diciembre de 09:00 a 19:00 h (confirmación inscripción, resto de clases)
4, 5 y 6 de diciembre se abrirá a las 08:30 hasta el cierre de la jornada.
2.- Les recomendamos que únicamente pasen a formalizar la inscripción en el horario anteriormente
mencionado los entrenadores o responsables de equipo (en su caso)
3.- Deben traer preparada (o enviarla previamente por email a [email protected] la siguiente
documentación obligatoria:
Optimist: Españoles: Licencia y DNI
Extranjeros: Seguro Médico, Pasaporte y Seguro Responsabilidad Civil
Laser, 420 y Snipe: Españoles: Licencia y DNI
Extranjeros: Seguro Médico, Pasaporte y Seguro Responsabilidad Civil
Técnicos: Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil a terceros, Certificado de navegabilidad,
Titulación adecuada del patrón de la misma, Licencia federativa de técnico,
Formulario técnicos (ver Web).
4.- El control de firmas se llevará a cabo mediante la firma del entrenador o jefe de equipo en la
carpa de regatistas. Las cintas de grupo se recogerán exclusivamente también por el entrenador en la
oficina de regatas.
5.- El día 2 de diciembre se celebrará la reunión de entrenadores en la Carpa de Regatistas: Clase
Optimist a las 18:00 h.
6.- Así mismo informarles que todos los entrenadores deben rellenar el formulario de técnico que
disponen en la web de la regata en el menú de “inscripciones”.
7.- Por último, les recordamos que la primera señal de atención el día 3 será a las 11:00 horas (solo
Optimist) y los días 4, 5 y 6 diciembre la primera señal de atención será a las 10:30: La entrega de trofeos
tendrá lugar a las 18:00 después de las regatas el 6 de Diciembre.

Dear coaches and team leaders:
Welcome to the RCNP which will be hosting you all during the 66 TROFEO CIUTAT DE PALMA.
The Race Office and the club’s staff will provide you with all the information related to the regatta, boat
parking allocation, parking lot, launching area and service area.
Registration Confirmation upon arrival:
In order to speed up the registration process, we send you the following guidelines:
1. Registration schedule: The Race Office will be open for registration on the:
1 December from 15:00 to 19:00h (Optimist registration confirmation)
2 December from 09:00 – 13:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 h.(Optimist registration confirmation)
3 December from 09:00 to 19:00 h (Rest of classes registration confirmation)
4, 5 and 6 December from 08:30 till the end of the racing day.
2. We request only coaches and/or team leaders to finalize the registration process at the Race Office
during the schedule above mentioned in order to keep it dynamic and agile.
3.- It is imperative to bring or previously send by email to [email protected] the following
documents:
Optimist:
Spanish: Sailing License and ID
Other countries*: medical insurance, Passport and Civil Liability Insurance.
Laser, 420 and Snipe:
Coaches:
Spanish: Sailing License and ID
Other countries: *idem
Third parties insurance policy, Rib’s registration certificate, Sailing Driver’s
License to comply with the ribs characteristics, Sailing coach license or degree,
coaches registration form (available on website).
4. The signature control will be carried out only by the coach or team leader at the Sailors’ tent. Only
coaches are also requested to pick up the assigned group ribbon color for each sailor.
5.- There will be a coaches meeting at the Sailors Tent on the 2nd of December at 18:00 h for the
Optimist.
6.- We also would like to remind all coaches to fill in the coach entry form available on the event’s website
by clicking on the menu “entries”.
7. Finally, we remind you that on 3rd December the warning signal will be at 11:00 hours, (only for
Optimist) on the 4th, and 5th and 6th the warning signal is scheduled at 10:30. The prize giving ceremony
will take place on the 6th after racing, at 18:00.
