Una vista/“asomadita” a Pre-primero, junio 29 – julio 3
Éste es un curso de una semana de enriquecimiento para alumnos de kínder o alumnos nuevos que
empezarán Pre-primero, en agosto. La Maestra de Pre-primero, Emily Beck, enseñará este curso.
En el transcurso de la semana, Ms. Beck hará muchas actividades de lecto-escritura con los alumnos.
Enriquecerá el inglés de los alumnos con poemas, canciones, escritura y actividades con sus nombres.
Habrá muchas actividades de lenguaje oral, lectura en voz alta, actividades fonéticas y con sentido
numérico. Los niños tendrán también oportunidad de cuidar del jardín, juntos. Los estudiantes se
divertirán mientras aprenden con juegos. Los niños terminarán la semana emocionados de comenzar
Pre-primero en agosto.
Creando asombrosas obras de arte con materiales reciclados – Los alumnos se divertirán creando
asombrosas obras de arte (instrumentos musicales, jaulas para aves, cámaras gigantes, etc.), todas hechas
con materiales reciclados. Cada sesión dura una semana y cada semana será diferente; los niños pueden
inscribirse por 1, 2, 3 o 4 semanas de clases.

Elementary Summer Enrichment Classes
Peak into Pre-first June 29-July 3 – This is a one week enrichment class for kinder or new students who
will begin pre-first in August. It is being taught by a Pre-first teacher, Ms. Emily Beck.
Throughout the week, Ms. Beck will do a lot of literacy activities with the children. She will enrich their
English with poems, songs, writing and doing activities with their names. There will be lots of oral
language activities, read alouds, some phonics and number sense games. Children will also have a
chance to take of the garden together. Students will have fun learning while playing games. Children
should end the week excited about starting pre-first in August.
Creating Amazing Art Pieces with Recycled Materials – children will have fun creating amazing art pieces
(musical instruments, bird houses, gigantic cameras, etc.) all made out of recycled materials.
Each session lasts a week and each week will be different so, children are welcome to sign up for one, two,
three, or four weeks of classes.
