Community Health Outreach Event:
Sealant Saturday
At York County School of Technology
Who: Registered Dental Hygienists, Dentists, Extended
Function Dental Assistants and Senior Dental
Hygiene Students are working together to
provide free oral exams, dental sealants,
and fluoride varnish to children ages 6 to 16.
Where: York County School of Technology

When: February 22, 2014 from 9:00am to 1:00pm
No appointment is necessary.
Patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis.
What are Sealants?
Sealants are a thin resin material that is applied to the chewing surfaces of
permanent molars to prevent cavities. Sealants are a simple and painless
procedure that can protect teeth from decay for up to ten years. Teeth that
have decay cannot be sealed and will need to be treated by your family
dentist.
