WHEREAS, this Board of Trustees deems it advisable to call the election hereinafter ordered; and

All the election officers designated by the Tarrant County Election Department are hereby appointed
and confirmed to hold said election at said Polling Places.

2. That, as determined by the Tarrant County Election Department, the Presiding Judges shall
appoint not less than two nor more than five qualified election clerks to serve and assist in conducting said
election; providing that if the Presiding Judge actually serves as expected, the Alternate Presiding Judge shall
be one of such clerks.

4. That an early ballot board is hereby created to process early voting results, and the individual
designated by the Tarrant County Elections Department is hereby appointed the presiding judge of said board.
The presiding judge shall appoint at least two other members of the board.

5. That all resident, qualified electors of said District shall be entitled to vote at said election.

6. That a substantial copy of this Order shall serve as proper Notice of said election, and the
President of the Board of Trustees shall cause said Notice to be published one time, not earlier than the 30th
day or later than the 10th day prior to the date set for the election, in a newspaper published in said District
or, if none is published in said District, in a newspaper of general circulation in said District. The President
of the Board of Trustees shall also cause said Notice to be continuously posted (i) during the period beginning
on or before the 21st day before the election through election day (A) on the bulletin board used for posting
notices of meetings of the Board of Trustees, (B) at three other public places in the District and (C) on the
District's Internet website and (ii) on election day and during early voting by personal appearance in a
prominent location at each polling place.
(6. Que una copia sustancial de esta Orden servirá como Aviso apropiado de dicha elección, y que
el Presidente de la Junta de Regentes hará que dicho Aviso sea publicado una vez, no antes de los 30 días
ni después de los 10 días anteriores a la fecha establecida para la elección, en un periódico publicado en

7. That at said election the following PROPOSITION shall be submitted in accordance with law:

PROPOSITION
Shall the Board of Trustees of said District be authorized to issue the bonds of the District, in one or
more series, in the aggregate principal amount of $248,975,000, for the purpose of the construction,
acquisition and equipment of school buildings in the District, including the purchase of new school buses,
and the purchase of the necessary sites for school buildings, with said bonds to mature, bear interest, and be
issued and sold in accordance with law at the time of issuance; and shall the Board of Trustees be authorized
to levy and pledge, and cause to be assessed and collected, annual ad valorem taxes, on all taxable property
in the District, sufficient, without limit as to rate or amount, to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds,
and the costs of any credit agreements executed in connection with the bonds?

8. That the official ballots for said election shall be prepared in accordance with the Texas Election
Code so as to permit the electors to vote "FOR" or "AGAINST" the aforesaid PROPOSITION with the ballots
to contain such provisions, markings and language as required by law, and with such PROPOSITION to be
expressed substantially as follows:

9. That in all respects said election shall be conducted in accordance with the Texas Election Code
(the "Code").

10. Pursuant to the federal Help America Vote Act ("HAVA") and the Code, at each polling place
there shall be at least one voting system that is equipped for disabled individuals, and each such voting system
shall be a system that has been certified by the Texas Secretary of State as compliant with HAVA and the
Code.

Based upon the bond market conditions at the date of adoption of this Order, the maximum
interest rate for any series of the bonds is estimated to be 4.50% as calculated in accordance with applicable
law. Such estimate is based on advice received from the District's financial advisor, which advice takes into
account a number of factors, including the issuance schedule, maturity schedule and the expected bond ratings
of the proposed bonds. Such estimated maximum interest rate is provided as a matter of information, but is
not a limitation on the interest rate at which the bonds, or any series thereof, may be sold.

If the bonds are approved, they may be issued in one or more series, to mature over a period
not to exceed 40 years.

The aggregate amount of the outstanding principal of the District's bonds (all of which are
