NOTICE OF BALLOT POSITION DRAWING
CENTRAL TEXAS GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
DIRECTOR ELECTION, NOVEMBER 4, 2014
Notice is hereby given that the Ballot Position Drawing for the Director Election
Ballot for the November 4, 2014 General Election of the Central Texas
Groundwater Conservation District will be held in the District office located at 225
S. Pierce Street, Suite 104, Burnet, Texas on Friday, August 22, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. for
candidates that met the regular filing deadline of 5:00 p.m. Monday, August 18,
2014.
Certification: I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that on August 18, at
5:15 p.m., I posted the above notice of ballot position drawing on the door and on an
outside window of the District office, the authority conducting the drawing, and that
it will remain so posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding the scheduled
time of said drawing in accordance with the Texas Election Code, Section 52.094(c).

Se hace saber que la Posicion Boleta Dibujo para la Boleta Electoral director para el
04 de noviembre 2014 Eleccion General del Distrito de Conservacion de Aguas
Subterraneas de Texas Central se llevara a cabo en la oficina del Distrito ubicada en
225 S. Pierce Street, Suite 104, Burnet, Texas en viernes, 22 de agosto 2014 a las 9:00
am para los candidatos que cumplieron el plazo de presentacion regular de 17:00
Lunes, 18 de agosto 2014.
Certificacion: Yo, la autoridad abajo firmante, por la presente certifico que el 18 de
agosto, a las 5:15 pm, me envio el aviso anterior de posicion boleta dibujo en la
puerta y en una ventana exterior de la oficina del Distrito, la autoridad que realice
el dibujo, y que lo seguira siendo publicado de forma continua durante al menos 72
horas anteriores a la hora programada de dicho dibujo de acuerdo con el Codigo
Electoral de Texas, Seccion 52.094 (c).
