We ask you to prayerfully consider a sacrificial gift to the campaign – one that is right for you. Fr. Rex has asked each of us to consider a small amount each month over a two to three year period. Pledging allows each of us the opportunity to make a sacrificial gift that will help to shape our parish community for future generations of Catholic families in Patterson. Your pledge can have a profound impact on our parish and school communities. We encourage you to review the personalized packet of materials that you have received in the mail. Please pray over the information and requests during this week. It is important that we receive everyone’s decision next weekend. FR. CONNOR’S ENDOWMENT TRUST FUND On February 7, the Fr. Connors Endowment Trust Fund will be hosting the Friends of the Church Breakfast from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please note that they will be serving after the 11:00 a.m. Mass. Walk for Life West Coast THANK YOU for your prayers and to all those who participated in the Walk for Life this past Saturday in San Francisco. A BIG thank you to the Knights of Columbus and YLI for their support with our parish bus. It was an AWESOME day spent standing up for those innocent children killed through abortion. Please Join Us As We Celebrate Catholic Schools Week Sunday, Jan 31 — 11:00 a.m. Mass. Student Council will do readings, and Sacred Heart students will wear their school uniform. There will be a presentation by the Father Connors Endowment Trust. Monday, Feb. 1 - Celebrate Community - Sacred Heart Students will make thank you valentines for Patterson businesses, to acknowledge their presence in our community. Tuesday, Feb. 2 - Celebrate Knowledge - Students will have 1 hour to be “busy with the 3 Bs,” namely Books, Board Games, and Buddies. Hot chocolate & donuts will be served to students at morning recess. Wednesday, Feb. 3 - Celebrate Faith - Student Council members will attend Catholic Schools Week Mass with Bishop Blair. There will be a Prayer Service for all school students after morning recess. Thursday, Feb. 4 - Souper Bowl Thursday - Students will support the local Food Pantry, and their favorite sports team, by wearing team jerseys and bringing canned food or soup. Friday, Feb. 5 - Celebrate Service - Students will attend First Friday Mass at Church with Grandparents Day, and have a minimum day (noon dismissal) as a final celebration for Catholic Schools Week.
