new parishioners in English.
Bienvenido: Recien Llegados… sábado, 17 de nov., a
las 10:00am en salón Fran Wright habrá inscripciones
para parroquianos nuevos en Español.
Fresh & Easy Shopping Night… St. Clement will host a
Fresh & Easy Shopping Night on Thursday, Nov. 15, at
31049 Mission Blvd. The school will receive 5% of the
stores total sales between 4-8pm. Don’t forget to save
your receipts for the Shop for Schools Program. We will
get $1 donated to the school for every $20 receipt we collect through Dec. 31. You can drop or mail them to the
office at 790 Calhoun St. Hayward, 94544. Your $20 or
over receipts mean money for our school.
SCRIP… is a gift card program that benefits the school.

Una Noche de Compras: Fresh & Easy... San Clemente será el anfitrión de una noche de compras en Fresh &
Easy, el jueves, 15 de nov., en 31049 Mission Blvd. La
escuela recibirá el 5% de las ventas totales en la tienda
de entre 4-8pm. No se olvide, guarde los recibos de la
tienda para el Programa de Escuelas. Recibiremos $1
donado a la escuela por cada recibo de $20 que recopilamos hasta el 31 de diciembre. Tenemos una caja para

St. Vincent de Paul… Reported in the Annual Report
to the District Council of SVdP, the SVdP Conference of
St. Clement helped 870 families from Oct. 1,2011 to
Sept. 30, 2012. This was a total of 2,820 people who
were helped with food, furniture, and/or clothing. The
Conference also made visits to the 96 patients of a
Convalescent Hospital twelve times last year.
This month needs: traditional foods for the Thanksgiving Baskets and food for the homeless. Food may be
placed in the containers near the church entrances or
brought to the SVdP office: Mondays, Wednesdays or
Fridays between 4 - 5pm.
A family is in need of a bed (full or queen) and a dresser
or chest of drawers. If you are able to help, please call the
SVdP office, 582-1382, and leave a message.
San Vicente de Pablo… Reporte del Informe Anual al
Consejo de Distrito de SVdP, la Conferencia de SVdP de
San Clemente ayudó a 870 familias de oct.1,2011 al 30
de sep.,2012. Un total de 2,820 personas que se ayudaron con comida, muebles, y/o ropa. También hicieron
visitas a pacientes de un hospital de Reposo doce veces
el año pasado.
Este mes se necesita: alimentos tradicionales para las
Canastas de Acción de Gracias y comida para los sin
hogar. La comida se puede dejar en los contenedores
cerca de las entradas de la iglesia o traerlos a la oficina
de SVdP - lunes, miércoles o viernes entre las 4 - 5 pm.
Una familia tiene necesidad de una cama (full o queen)
y un aparador o estantería. Si usted puede ayudar, por
favor llame a la oficina de SVdP, 582-1382 y deje un
mensaje.
Youth Ministry & Confirmation… Our Youth Ministry
and Confirmation Program has grown significantly. We
have over 100 teenagers registered in our Youth Group
and Confirmation Programs. We still need 3 adult volunteers to teach, lead, plan activities, supervise, and
share your faith with our teenagers. Confirmation is
Sunday: 4 - 6pm and Youth Group is Tuesday: 6:30 8:30pm. Contact Kevin Virrey to help.
Ministerio Juvenil y Confirmación ... Nuestro Ministerio
Juvenil y Programa de Confirmación ha crecido de
manera significativa. Tenemos más de 100 jovenes inscribidos en nuestro Grupo de Jóvenes y Programa de
Confirmación. Todavía necesitamos 3 voluntarios adultos
para enseñar, dirigir, planificar actividades, supervisar y
compartir su fe con nuestros jovenes. Confirmación, domingos: 4 - 6pm y Grupo de Jóvenes es el martes: 6:30 8:30pm. Contacte: Kevin Virrey a ayudar.

fingerprinted, we are offering you the convenience of having an “on-site” Fingerprinting Day. The date is Saturday,
Decemeber 15. You will need to call for an appointment
so that we can accommodate all parish volunteers in a
timely manner and get you in and out without tying up
your day. PLEASE CALL THE PARISH OFFICE FOR A
TIME: 582-7282. We will offer appointments every 10
minutes from 10am – 2pm. The cost is $34. If you are
not able to pay this, the Parish will absorb the cost but
does appreciate those who can as a support to our Parish. Thank you for the generosity of your time, talent, and
treasure in the spirit of good stewardship. God bless you.

Both widows in today’s readings gave all they had to
the work of the Lord, one using all her remaining
food to feed Elijah and the other offering her two
copper coins to the temple treasury. Faithful
stewards give all that is asked and trust the Lord
to be faithful to His promises.
Las dos viudas en las lecturas de hoy dieron todo lo que
tenían para la obra del Señor, la una usando toda la
comida que le quedaba para alimentar a Elías, y la
