CEFIRA ONE WAY VISION FOR UV PRINTING
Cefira presents CEFIRA ONE WAY VISION FOR UV PRINTING for use in Ink-jet solvent, ecosolvent, UV and latex printing machines.
INFORMAÇÃO TÉCNICA DO PRODUTO:
• Special perforated PVC film, glossy white with black back for use even on transparent
glass substrates. After printing on the surface of the film, the image becomes visible
while the black perforated back allows light to pass through. The relationship between
the print area and the total area is more than 50%.
• Liner: Perforated Paper + PE varnished paper
• Adhesive: Solvent Polyacrylate, removable, transparent.
• Thickness (without protective paper and adhesive): 160 micron White/Black PVC film.
• Dimensional Stability (Finato TM14): Adhesion to glass, contraction in the transverse
direction, length 1.0 mm max.
• Solvent Adhesive: Removable adhesive of polyacrylate.
• Removability: Removable solvent adhesive of polyacrylate. It can be removed from most
surfaces without residue after 1 year.
• Diameter of perforated: 1.50mm.
• Perforation Ratio: 30%.
• Resistance to seawater (DIN 50021): Adhered to glass, no variation after 48h/ 23°C.
• Strength of the Adhesive (FINAT TM 1, after 24h, stainless): 4~6 N/25 mm.
• Resistance to tension (DIN EN ISO 527) min along. 5 MPa, across min. 5 Mpa.
• Elongation at break (DIN EN ISO 527) along min 50%, across min 50%.
PRINT METHOD: Ink-jet printers with Solvent, Eco-Solvent, Curable UV and Latex base inks.
APPLICATIONS: For small and medium graphic adds on vehicles, window glasses or other
transparent surfaces for advertising on crystals, allow light to pass easily through the rear.
APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: +10°C Min.
TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE: Adhered badly to the glass. -20ºC to +65ºC, unchanged.
LIFETIME: Over 2 years.
OUTDOOR EXPOSURE: The service lifetime by specialized application (acceleration tests by
exposure to the weather) of Cefira ONE WAY VISION FOR UV PRINTING has a life expectancy
of 2 years.
STORAGE: The Cefira ONE WAY VISION FOR UV PRINTING should be stored between 5-32ºC,
without being in direct sunlight.
PACKING SIZE: Available in 1.02 to 1.52m.
After printing, the ink must be completely dry in order to avoid any effect on the subsequent combination with the
laminate. Surfaces to which the material is applied must be completely clean of dust, grease or any type of
contamination which could affect the adhesion.
