The course includes instruction in a crosschecking system of fertility awareness, Catholic teaching that’s easy to understand, and even the special considerations of breastfeeding. You work with an instructor by email, who will explain, answer questions, and evaluate your progress. The course is listed on the U.S. Bishops’ website and issues a completion certificate. It costs only $70 to learn how you can be free of the side effects and health risks of oral and hormonal contraceptives while achieving comparable effectiveness. Check it out at: http://www.nfpandmore.org/ Calling all Rice Bowls! Get the MyParish app Lent is over, so it’s time to return your Rice Bowl. You may bring it to the office this weekend between Masses. It’s fine to return it with all the change inside; if you’d prefer to write a check, please make it out to Holy Family with “Rice Bowl” on the memo line. Your generosity is a blessing to others. Go to your app store and search for “MyParish” or just text APP to 88202. This puts you in the first wave of communication from Holy Family to all our parishioners. The app is free.
