DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA OFERTA:
- You lead and coordinate standardization efforts and packaging solutions on European level to
optimize packaging, including supporting financial and qualitative analyses, material
specifications and/or machine design
- Main point of contact between the Engineering group and the Operations team, transferring
packaging solution requirements based on new product introductions into specification and cost

- Capital project management of innovative automated packaging solutions to include creation of
conceptual drawings, equipment specifications and bid documentation
- You provide leadership and coordination between internal departments and Packaging vendors
for EU-wide supplies
- You coordinate with local site and line management to ensure proper equipment, training,
procedural compliance are followed for new and existing packagin solutions
- Creating, submitting and tracking relevant financial analyses to ensure that the proposed
changes are delivering expected financial impacts
- You work very closely with the EU Engineering, EU process, EU transportation and EU
Finance teams to evaluate best practice end-to-end solutions...
QUE BUSCAMOS:
- You hold a degree in Engineering or related discipline
- You have experience on design of manual and/or mechanical packaging solutions
- Technical leadership in development and implementation of complex packaging projects; In
depth knowledge of standard industry practices, including Lean Manufacturing
- You are willing to travel up to 50% of your active time to analyze, implement and monitor Best
Practice packagin solutions
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and related software
- Your analytical skills to evaluate financial scenarios and to track qualitative and quantitative
data points are highly developped
- You are fluent in English and you have good knowledge of at least one other EU language
(French & German are a plus)
