As you drive onto the property please pay attention to
people walking, stop signs,
directional arrows, and other
posted signs. We have many
residents and children coming
home from school that enjoy
walking along the driveway.
Drivers who text while driving or are not paying attention
to the road are constantly narrowly missing hitting someone walking. Please pay attention to the road you are driving on and
yield to pedestrians and other vehicles.
We have recently painted the speed
bumpers and directional markings on
the Delvista roadway property for better clarity when maneuvering your vehicle.
We have placed two Pet Waste Disposal stations by the Town House pool
area. If you are not certain where this
location is, please ask the front desk
security officer. Your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.
I have received very favorable comments on the new Atlantic Broadband
service agreement that includes installation of a free cable box in your unit.
If you have not already taken advantage of this savings and upgraded service, please do so as soon as possible.

la entrada. Manejar distraído es muy peligroso. Leer o escribir un mensaje de texto al volante pone
en riesgo no solo la vida del conductor
sino también la de las demás personas
en el auto y en sus alrededores.
Hemos pintado los topes y las flechas
direccionales en la propiedad para
que los conductores tengan una mejor
visión de nuestras señales de tránsito.
Hemos colocado 2 dispensadores de
bolsitas para perros cerca de la piscina de Delvista Road Maintenance.
Si no está seguro de donde se encuentran, favor de pedir ayuda a nuestro
personal de seguridad en recepción.

Social Events
Bi-weekly Sunday Grilling schedule is as follows: Sunday April 12, 26 and May
10, 2015.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: We all need to be responsive and consideration of
our neighbors here at Delvista, especially during our bi-weekly BBQ’s on the pool
deck. Children playing and resident’s guests around and near the hot fired up grills
are a safety issue. We need to take heed and be aware of our surroundings to avoid
an unpleasant incident. Therefore, we recommend the following:
1.One “designated resident Chef” to do the grilling. This will help to eliminate
other folks from congregating around the grilling area. Remember the old saying “too many cooks, spoil the broth”.
2.Parents, please keep diligent watch of your precious children and keep them far
away from the fires and grilling area.
3.Cover up attire and shoes must be worn at the grills and in the social room.

We will continue to provide coffee and ice for our residents, and a limited number
of guests, who choose to utilize the social room facilities. Otherwise, you can take
your grilled specialties to your apartment. Please remember, there is NO CONSUMPTION of food permitted on the Pool Deck.

El calendario de nuestras parrilladas quincenales es el siguiente: domingo 12 y
26 de abril y domingo 10, de mayo.
MENSAJE IMPORTANTE:
Debemos ser sensibles y considerados con nuestros vecinos aquí en Delvista,
especialmente durante nuestras parrilladas quincenales de domingo en la terraza
de la piscina. Los niños e invitados de nuestros residentes que disfrutan de esta
actividad social cerca de las parrillas calientes posan un asunto de riesgo. Tengamos conciencia de nuestros alrededores para prevenir incidentes desagradables. Por consiguiente, recomendamos:
1. Un “Chef designado (residente de Delvista)” encargado de la parrilla.
Esto ayudará a prevenir la congregación de grandes grupos alrededor de las parrillas. Recuerden
el viejo dicho “muchas manos en
un plato, hacen mucho garabato.”
2. Padres de familia, favor de ser diligentes manteniendo a la vista a
sus pequeños y mantenerles lejos
de las parrillas.
3. Favor de cubrirse el cuerpo y usar
sandalias o zapatos en área de las
parrillas y en el salón de fiestas.
Continuaremos proporcionando café y
hielo para nuestros residentes y para
un grupo limitado de invitados que deseen utilizar el salón de fiestas. Favor
de recordar que no se permite el consumo de alimentos en la terraza de la
piscina.
