ATTENTION
If you are an eligible 10/1/1999 public housing resident who has not yet satisfied their
right of return under the Relocation Rights Contract, and you are interested in living in
the North Lawndale/East Garfield Park communities, please read the information listed
below.
The Draft Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) document
for resident occupancy is ready for your review and comments.
The Draft TSP document that will apply to resident occupancy at Sterling Apartments is
available for review. Sterling is a private affordable, rental housing development that will be
located at 3301 W. Arthington Street in the North Lawndale community. Sixty-six (66) housing
units within this development will be reserved for eligible 10/1/1999 public housing residents
who have yet to satisfy their right of return under the Relocation Rights Contract and eligible
public housing applicants. During the 30-day comment period, the public can make comments
on the Draft TSP document related to resident occupancy.
The public comment period for Sterling will be from
February 18 to March 20, 2015

Si usted es un residente de vivienda pública 10/1/1999 que aún no ha hecho uso de su
derecho de retorno conforme al Contrato de Derechos de Reubicación, y le interesa vivir en
las comunidades de North Lawndale/East Garfield, por favor lea la información que se brinda
debajo.
El documento Borrador del Plan de Selección de Inquilinos (TSP, por sus siglas en inglés)
está listo para que usted lo revise y pueda ofrecer sus comentarios.
El documento Borrador del TSP que se aplicará a la ocupación de los residentes de los
Apartamentos Sterling está disponible para su revisión. Sterling es un desarrollo privado de
viviendas económicas de renta que estará ubicado en 3301 W. Arthington Street en la comunidad
de North Lawndale. Sesenta y seis (66) unidades de vivienda dentro de este desarrollo estarán
reservadas para residentes de viviendas públicas 10/1/1999 que resulten elegibles y que aún no
hayan hecho uso de su derecho de retorno conforme al Contrato de Derechos de Reubicación y
para solicitantes de vivienda pública que cubran con los requisitos de elegibilidad. Durante el
período abierto a los comentarios que se extenderá por 30 días, el público puede hacer
comentarios sobre el documento Borrador del TSP relacionado con la ocupación de los residentes.
El período abierto a comentarios públicos para Sterling se extenderá desde el
18 de febrero a 20 de marzo de 2015.
Puede recoger una copia del documento Borrador del TSP relacionado con la ocupación de los
