Crenshaw Bl and Florence Av along Metro Right-Of-Way
Walsh-Shea Corridor Constructors will
begin the demolition of buildings on
Metro properties.
The demolitions will occur at the
Florence/Crescent Properties, located
at 403 East Florence Avenue,
Inglewood, CA (between La Brea Av
and Hillcrest Bl).
WHAT: Demolition of Metro owned
buildings
WHEN: It is anticipated to begin Friday,
May 9, 2014, 7am -3:30 pm, M-F, weather
permitting
WHERE: Various Metro properties along
Florence Av
DURATION: Approximately 3 weeks
This activity will be taking place on
Metro’s Right-of-Way.
Dust will be mitigated by the use of a
water truck.
Access for the Fire Department and
emergency responders will be
maintained.
The demolitions are done in
preparation for the upcoming
construction work of the Crenshaw/LAX
Transit Project.

Las demoliciones se llevarán a
cabo alrededor de 403 Florence,
Inglewood, CA (entre la avenida La
Brea y el bulevar Hillcrest).
QUE: Demolición de edificios de Metro
CUANDO: Se anticipa comenzar el viernes,
9 de mayo 2014, entre las 7am y 3:30pm,
lunes a viernes, si el clima lo permite
DONDE: Varias propiedades de Metro en la
avenida Florence
DURACIÓN: Aproximadamente 3 semanas
Esta actividad se llevará a cabo
dentro de la propiedad de Metro.
El polvo será mitigado por el uso de
un camión de agua.
Se mantendrá el acceso para el
departamento de bomberos y
vehículos de emergencia
Las demoliciones de construcción
se llevarán a cabo en preparación
del próximo trabajo de
construcción del Proyecto de
Transporte Crenshaw/LAX.
