calidad por parte de nuestros fabricantes, aseguramos un
personal siempre formado en el servicio técnico. Estaremos
encantados de ayudarle en todas las cuestiones sobre la

encontrará online una amplia base de datos de asistencia y
todos los documentos, drivers, instrucciones y otros consejos
sobre todos los aparatos.
Reparaciones y casos en garantía: Todos los casos en
garantía entrantes son gestionados el mismo día. Si podemos
diagnosticar nosotros mismos el fallo, repararemos inmediatamente la mercancía en nuestras instalaciones o se
transferirán al fabricante. Como centro de servicio técnico
certificado por Epson, realizamos las reparaciones en garantía
directamente in situ en nuestras instalaciones. De esta forma,
somos mucho más rápidos y competentes que los distribuidores que envían los aparatos defectuosos al fabricante.
Servicio de piezas de repuesto: Le podemos suministrar
cientos de miles de piezas de repuesto de los distintos
fabricantes. Para casi todos los productos, ofrecemos
diferentes piezas de repuesto estándar en grandes cantidades,
directamente desde nuestro almacén. En nuestra sección
de asistencia en Internet encontrará planos de despiece,
mediante los cuales podrá identificar claramente módulos
completos, piezas de desgaste e incluso tornillos individuals

SERVICIOS DE INSTALACIÓN
Con Jarltech solucionará también grandes proyectos de
instalación sin agobios. Si lo desea, configuraremos sistemas,
PCs y determinados aparatos según sus deseos antes de la
entrega y los enviamos a Vd. o directamente a sus clientes.
En este caso, sus técnicos solamente tendrán que instalar
y montar, y la laboriosa configuración no será necesaria.
Puede tratarse de la instalación de una imagen, instalación
de software TPV en un terminal táctil, reetiquetado de
determinados aparatos, como impresoras de punto de
venta o escáneres, preconfiguración de aparatos handheld
de Windows CE, o simplemente de la preinstalación de
Windows en un PC compacto. Especialmente con elevados
números de unidades ahorrará muchos gastos de personal
y tiempo en la instalación con nuestros económicos precios
globales de instalación.
Además, tanto Vd. como sus clientes tendrán mayor seguridad
de que el sistema adquirido funcione efectivamente tal como
lo desea: durante la configuración revisamos el hardware
por posibles fallos de producción o daños, de manera que
se retiran inmediatamente los aparatos que eventualmente
estén defectuosos. Le explicaremos gustosamente lo que
podamos hacer por Vd. – ¡diríjase a su persona de contacto

dinero, pagará con puntos. Le enviaremos los premios sin
ningún gasto a cualquier dirección que desee. Los premios

Sus ventajas como VIP Plata: Por alcanzar el status de
plata le abonaremos automáticamente 2.000 puntos de
bienvenida en su cuenta de puntos. Aparte de portes sin
cargo en España (excepto express y envío en Sábados) a
partir de un valor de la mercancía de 1.000 euros, pertenecerá
a partir de ese momento a un círculo reducido de participantes en promociones especiales (kits, bundles, ofertas) de
determinados productos, y de esta forma tendrá la posibilidad
de abonos adicionales de puntos. Otra ventaja del status de
plata: obtendrá un descuento adicional por el envío urgente
y el servicio de sábados. Además, le ofreceremos nuestro
servicio de Dead-on-Arrival, así como la asistencia gratuita
en nuestras instalaciones, para Vd. o para sus empleados, a

Sus ventajas como VIP Oro: Por descontado los VIPS Oro
reciben las mismas ventajas que los VIPS Plata. Pero además
al llegar a VIP Oro, recibirá 5,000 puntos de bienvenida.
Además, envíos gratis (excepto express y envío en Sábados)
a partir de 600 euros y un 25 por ciento extra de puntos.

cada aparato nuestros contratos de servicio, en Internet y
también por teléfono, de forma sencilla y sin complicaciones,
así como sin tener que rellenar formularios ni solicitudes.
Pida su hardware directamente a la hora de la compra con
una o ambas de las opciones de servicio siguientes:
Ampliación de garantía: Con un
recargo del nueve por ciento, podrá
adquirir casi todos nuestros productos
con tres años completos de garantía –
independientemente de la garantía
inicial del fabricante. Se pueden
combinar el servicio de intercambio
previo y la ampliación de la garantía.
Servicio de intercambio previo: Si durante el período de
garantía falla un aparato adquirido con la opción de intercambio
previo, bastará con una llamada de teléfono y le enviamos
inmediatamente un nuevo aparato de repuesto a Vd., o si así
lo desea, directamente a su cliente. A continuación, tendrá
diez días para devolvernos el aparato defectuoso. El aparato
de repuesto se lo quedará simplemente y no tendrá que
volver a reemplazarlo. Este servicio lo podrá obtener por
un pago único del ocho por ciento del precio del aparato.
Es válido para el plazo de garantía del fabricante, o si lo ha
adquirido también, para el plazo de garantía ampliado.

Chinese catalogue
Why should a successful project not be expanded upon? Exactly, there is nothing that speaks against
the idea. Seeing what a success the Jarltech catalogues in Europe, the Middle East and in North Africa
are, while also being a unique item in the industry in printed form, Jarltech decided to also produce
a Chinese version of the catalogue. Review of the first edition: in China the catalogue is extremely
popular, thus resulting in the production of a second edition mid-year in 2013, entirely in Chinese.

set up big warehouses in both China and Dubai. Many of the current

The Voyager 9520 is Honeywell’s best-selling hand-held scanner. Its
popularity is based on particularly reasonable prices, high scanning
efficiency and a universal field of possible applications. With its
futuristic housing and clever arrangement options the scanner
excels everywhere – at the cash desk as well as in the warehouse,
workshop or laboratory, thus making it fit for any application that
requires scanning of barcodes.
The integrated decoder’s diverse options make the scanner suitable
for all possible hardware conditions. In a matter of seconds users
can adjust various options, such as field separators, transfer speed
and interface parametres. Programming these functions is made
easy with included barcode tables, or with a few mouse clicks in the
user-friendly software interface. For programming on a computer, a
serial cable is required.
The integrated laser unit recognises barcodes even from twenty
centimetres distance, making it very convenient for users to use.
The scanner does not have to touch the barcode - even barcodes on
warped surfaces can be scanned without problems. The projected
laser beam is clearly visible on the object surface for indicating the
exact scanning location.
Based on the standard Voyager 9520 version, Honeywell offers further
models, to always be able to provide you with the right scanner to
meet you needs. An example is the Voyager 9521 HD – identical to the
performance of its basic model, it is capable of scanning high density
barcodes in addition to standard 1D barcodes and RSS codes. Such
barcodes (minimum module size of 0.076 mm or 3.0 mil) become
necessary when extremely small barcodes have to be scanned, for
instance on jewellery, circuit boards, or electronic components.
The included scanning stand turns the handheld reader into a stand
scanner for desks and counters. Instead of holding the scanner onto
the barcode, the user just holds the scan object right in front of
the scanner. An infrared sensor activates the device automatically
to ensure easy operation with just one hand. Then the barcode is
scanned at 72 scans per second, automatically decoded and transferred
to the computer.
Honeywell scanners using the keyboard wedge interface usually
work properly with the power supplied by the PC keyboard port.
However, some PC mainboards do not supply sufficient power, in
which case simply order the additional power supply »ms9520nt«,
compatible with all Honeywell keyboard wedge scanners.

The model Voyager 9540 Voyager extends the various features of the
successful Voyager 9520 model even further. Basically, the Voyager
9540 has the same specifications as the slightly cheaper Voyager
9520 model. The elegant housing contains a laser engine that scans
barcodes fast and error-free at 72 scans per second. The Voyager 9540
also has a programmable decoder that is responsible for decoding and
transferring barcodes to the computer.
In addition to the basic features that also come with the Voyager
9520, the Voyager 9540 implements the patented CodeGate function
for convenient reading of barcodes. This unique scanning technology
makes barcode scanning for most users not only easier but also safer:
whenever a barcode comes into scanning range, the barcode sensor
activates the scanner automatically. Without CodeGate, scanned
barcodes will be decoded immediately and sent to the Computer
automatically. This is certainly practical and convenient, but not always
the best for all applications: while scanning several barcodes from lists
at a time, incorrect barcodes may be submitted easily. For this reason
Honeywell has designed the CodeGate button for the Voyager 9540.
The button is ergonomically situated on top of the scanner’s housing
and can be conveniently operated by thumb. If the CodeGate function
is activated, the scanner still activates itself automatically and scans
the barcode. The barcode information, however, is only transferred to
the computer when the user presses the CodeGate button to con-
firm that it is the correct barcode. This function always
comes in handy when it is
important that only correct
barcodes are transferred. CodeGate scanners are not only
useful for menu scanning
from lists. If packaging
contains more than just
one barcode (e.g. with
mobile phones, electronic products, medical
products) a CodeGate scanner is indispensable. The Voyager 9540
CodeGate function can be activated or deactivated easily by scanning
a control barcode. Without CodeGate the Voyager 9540 is operated like
the Voyager 9520.

Compared to other hand-held laser scanners, the Fusion 3780 offers
you unrivalled performance. The compact scan head is equipped with a
highly aggressive, omni-directional laser optics that scans and decodes
barcodes at 1,333 scans per second at any angle. This makes it the ideal
solution for all demanding applications at cash desks, warehouses,
workshops, or medical applications, etc.
The advantages of omni-directional scan optics are that a complete
scan raster is projected onto the barcode instead of a single scan line.
This makes it possible to scan the barcode in any direction. The user
does not have to align the angle of the scanner with the barcode anymore. Simply direct
the scan head to the label and the barcode is
already scanned. Its 1,333 scans per second
make this scanner particularly fast. This gives
the scanner a significant increase in speed and
better performance with badly printed or dirty barcodes. Additionally, you can activate the single-line mode
if required. The scanning range of up to 28 cm increases
ergonomics, since barcodes are already scanned from
a larger distance.
In addition to the high performance, the Fusion
3780 is also a very sturdy model. Even repeated
drops from 1.5 m height onto concrete do not have
any effect. It features a rubber-housing that can
be put into the provided scanner stand at any
time. Like this, the hand-held scanner becomes
a presentation scanner for accessing goods
for free-handed scanning in just the wink
of an eye. The scanner automatically
recognises when it is placed into the
stand and activates the barcode sensor
mode instantly. In such a case, the scanner is automatically activated whenever a barcode comes into scanning range. The adjustable
base can be inclined to an angle of 50° with three possible locking
positions. This creates maximum flexibility for comfortable scanning
positions and optimum scanning results. You can place the scanner
on a table, or mount it on a wall to save space – the metal plate in
its base will always provide enough stability.
As the working temperature of the Fusion 3780 is between -20°
and +40°C, it can be used in refrigerated and heated rooms with no
problems. Like all other Honeywell scanners, it uses the MetroSet2
Software and a serial cable for programming it to exactly meet your
needs. Of course, you also can use the convenient programmable
barcodes included in the user‘s manual. The Fusion 3780 is available

The Eclipse 5145 is a powerful single-line hand-held barcode scanner for all popular barcode types. A compact housing and a vast

With its modern laser engine, the Eclipse 5145
has a larger scanning range and wider
scan field than any other CCD scanner.
It provides aggressive scanning at

The Honeywell 3800i industrial linear imager offers you maximum
scanning performance, a scanning distance of over two metres and,
in addition, has an industrial housing that tolerates the harshest
conditions without incurring damage. As it contains no moving parts,
the 3800i even works under extreme temperature fluctuations, or
areas having dirt, dust and moisture – conditions that would push a
normal barcode scanner to its limits. The 3800i is therefore ideally
suited for warehouses, manufacturing, sales, and in production and
forklift applications, both inside as well as outside buildings.
Developed to increase work productivity, the 3800i offers users the
exceptional advantage of being able to scan barcodes at
a distance of up to 208 cm. As a result, users are spared
tiresome climbing or moving about, whereby productivity along with ergonomics is greatly increased. The
3800i scans and processes barcodes with a resolution of up to 7.5 mil, 270 times per second, using
the patented Adaptus Imaging Technology and

offers the user an operating range of up to 10 metres. The integrated
rechargeable battery (lithium ion) guarantees up to sixteen hours of
operation and thereby covers multiple shifts without problem.
The shock-absorbing housing case and its sealed optical module
ensure that the device can withstand being dropped from two metres onto concrete dozens of times without incurring damage. Even
adverse environmental conditions like moisture, dust or sub-zero

The Honeywell Dolphin 7800 is a multi-faceted mobile terminal
with an integrated 1D/2D imager and optimal communications
possibilities. The powerful 802.11 a/b/g/n Wi-Fi technology allows
forreliable data and voice exchange. Via software control, you
choose the best available network at any time and change between
GSM and CDMA even during operation. Thus, the Dolphin 7800 is
ideal for field staff who think an industrial terminal is too expensive
and cumbersome.
The Dolphin 9700 guarantees a high level of mobile productivity and
perfect performance in industrial surroundings. Important functions
of a normal PDA are implemented in the smallest space through the
powerful XScale processor with 624 MHz, 256 MB RAM, 1 GB Flash
and Windows Mobile 6.5. For complicated applications, the memory

The inner magnesium frame and hard plastic casing meet IP64
