Como ya sabéis, y tras un año de nuestra incorporación al grupo NTT DATA, tenemos
la oportunidad de seguir aprovechando algunas de sus acciones de marketing, lo que
nos puede ayudar a afianzar relaciones y mejorar posicionamiento en nuestros clientes
estratégicos.
NTT DATA es uno de los patrocinadores del St. Andrews 2015 Open
Championship que tendrá lugar del 13 al 19 de julio en Escocia. El torneo más
prestigioso del mundo, que se celebra desde 1860. Sin duda, evento referente para
los amantes del golf.
Como patrocinador oficinal, NTT DATA nos da la posibilidad, al igual que el año
pasado, de contar con 8 entradas VIP por día para todo el torneo.
El resto de gastos, alojamiento y traslados los asume cada cuenta de cliente.
Hemos hecho una estimación de lo que nos costaría llevar a los clientes y el coste es
de unos 2.000 euros por persona, dependiendo del coste del viaje, por lo que es
importante que los clientes que seleccionemos sean realmente de nivel 1.
Podemos invitar a los clientes de miércoles a domingo o sólo el fin de semana, lo que
en cada caso consideremos.
Quizás tendría sentido que los de menos nivel asistieran el jueves y el viernes y los
más top llegaran el viernes y se quedaran hasta el domingo que son los mejores días
del Torneo.
Tenemos 2 semanas para decirle a NTT DATA cuántos tickets nos quedamos así que
debemos ser ágiles con las gestiones.

Hi all,
As you already know, and a year after our incorporation to the NTT DATA group, we
are able to continue sizing some of their marketing actions, that could help us
strengthen relationships and improve our positioning with our strategic clients.
NTT DATA is one of the St. Andrews 2015 Open Championship sponsors to be held
from July 13 to 19 in Scotland. This is one of the most prestigious tournament in the
world held since 1860. No doubt, a referral event for golf enthusiasts.
NTT DATA, as official sponsor, provides us with 8 daily VIP tickets for the
tournament, like last year. Each client will cover housing, transportation and other
expenses.
An estimation has been performed on how much it will cost to take clients. The cost is
approximately 2.000 euros by person, depending on the trip cost. It is important that
the selected clients are top-level.
Clients can be invited from Wednesday to Sunday or just the weekend, as we deem
convenient.
It would be more convenient that lower status clients attend on Thursday and Friday
and the top-level clients arrive on Friday and stay until Sunday, which are the better
dates of the tournament.
We have 2 weeks to inform NTT DATA how many tickets we want; therefore, we
must speed up the process.
