La regolazione della temperatura in ogni ambiente viene effettuata modulando la
velocità e/ o arrestando il ventilatore del fancoil.

The chiller unit(s) are installed in engine or
machinery compartments, keeping circulation

Schaltschrank Chiller
Der Chiller oder mehrere parallel - wird versorgt
durch einen Schaltschrank mit elektronischem
Steuerelement, das folgende Kontrollmöglichkeiten
bietet:
- die Hauptversorgung der Klimaanlage (Chiller
und Fancoil);
- die Betriebsmodi des Chiller (Kühlen/ Heizen/
Belüftung);
- der Betrieb der Pumpen des Seewasserzyklus
und Fancoil-Wassers bei abgeschaltetem Gerät.
Cuadro de distribución eléctrico Unidad Chiller
La unidad chiller - o las unidades en paralelo está alimentada por un cuadro de distribución
eléctrico dotado de un dispositivo electrónico de
control, a través del cual es posible gestionar:
- la alimentación general de la instalación aire
acondicionado (unidad chiller y fancoil);
- el modo de funcionamiento del chiller
(refrigeración/calefacción/ventilación);
- el funcionamiento de las bombas de los circuitos
agua de mar y agua fancoil con la máquina
parada.

Controllo dei Fancoil
Il funzionamento dei fancoil (o del gruppo di fancoil) viene gestito da una scheda elettronica
(Carel e-drofan) mediante un pannello comandi (Carel e-droset) di facile utilizzo, integrabile
nelle linee di interruttori BTicino (Living International, Light, Light Tech, Matix) e Vimar (Idea,
Idea Rondò, Plana) attraverso placche fornite in dotazione.
Agendo sul pannello di comando è possibile regolare:
- la modalità di funzionamento
- la temperatura desiderata;
(raffreddamento, riscaldamento,
- la velocità del ventilatore
deumidificazione, ventilazione);
del fancoil.
Fancoil Control Board
Each fancoil is managed by an electronic control
board through a control panel (Carel e-drofan
+ e-droset). The control panel is easy to use and
can be integrated in all the switch lines BTicino
(Living international, Light, Light tech, Matix) and
Vimar (Idea, Idea Rondò, Plana) through supplied
plates.
On the control panel you can adjust:
- the functioning mode (cooling, heating,
dehumidification, fan-only);
- the temperature set;
- the fan speed.
Contrôle des fancoil
Le fonctionnement des fancoil est géré à partir
dune carte électronique (Carel e-drofan) à
travers un panneau de commande (Carel edroset) facile à utiliser, pouvant être intégré dans
les lignes dinterrupteurs BTicino (Living

fournies. En agissant sur le panneau de
commandes on peut régler:

- la température souhaitée;
- la vitesse du ventilateur di fancoil.

Über das Bedienfeld können folgende Funktionen
geregelt werden:
- der Betriebsmodus (Kühlen, Heizen,
Entfeuchten, Belüften);
- die gewünschte Temperatur;
- die Geschwindigkeit des Fancoilgebläses.

Il pannello di comando Carel mArea Manager, integrato con altri strumenti di controllo
CAREL per unità chiller e fancoil, consente di gestire, in maniera facile ed intuitiva, il
funzionamento di tutto limpianto di aria condizionata da una singola postazione.
Il change-over globale delle modalità di funzionamento dellimpianto (estate / inverno),
la gestione ed il coordinamento dei set-point dei fancoil e limpostazione di fasce
orarie centralizzate sono solo alcuni dei vantaggi disponibili tramite lutilizzo del mArea
Manager.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Ordini
Si invita la Spett.le Clientela ad inviare ordini solamente in forma
scritta specificando chiaramente quanto segue:
ragione sociale ed indirizzo completi di telefono, fax, e-mail;
descrizione e codice prodotti;
quantità;
tipo di alimentazione;
termini di consegna richiesti;
vettore e modalità di consegna.
I Clienti che ci contattano per la prima fornitura dovranno
indicare numero di Partita IVA e le coordinate bancarie (BBAN/
IBAN).
Orders.
We invite customers to send orders in writing only, specifying
the following:
- full company name and address, telephone, fax and e-mail
- product description and code number
- quantity
- power supply type
- required delivery terms
- carrier and delivery type
Customers contacting us for first-time orders must indicate
their VAT registration number and bank account details
(BBAN/IBAN).
Pagamenti
La prima fornitura di merce considera il seguente pagamento:
contrassegno vettore;
bonifico bancario anticipato;
pagamento garantito a mezzo fidejussione bancaria o garanzia
accettata dalla Vitrifrigo.
Le forniture successive considereranno i pagamenti concordati
con la rete vendita ed accettati dalla Vitrifrigo.
Per ordinativi di merce con importo netto inferiore a
250,00 Vitrifrigo richiederà pagamento in contrassegno.
Per ordinativi di merce con importo netto inferiore a
500,00 Vitrifrigo richiederà forma di pagamento in ununica
soluzione.
Le spese riferite si intendono sempre a carico dellacquirente.
Ritardi o irregolarità di pagamento daranno facoltà a Vitrifrigo
di sospendere qualunque fornitura ed annullare contratti in
essere applicando gli interessi di mora nei termini di legge vigenti.
Payment.
First-time orders must be paid for as follows:
- cash on delivery
- advance bank transfer
- payment guaranteed by bank surety or by some other form
of guarantee acceptable to Vitrifrigo.
Subsequent orders can be paid for as agreed with the sales
network and accepted by Vitrifrigo.
For orders of goods where the net total is less than 250.00,
Vitrifrigo requires COD payment.
For orders of goods where the net total is less than 500.00,
Vitrifrigo will require payment in full.
Any bank charges named shall be met by the customer. Any
arrears or irregularities in payments will entitle Vitrifrigo to
suspend any supplies and to cancel any existing contracts with
the application of interest on delayed payments in compliance
with the laws in force.
Spedizioni
Le spedizioni delle merci in ordine si intendono sempre Franco
Fabbrica e le merci viaggiano a rischio e responsabilità
dellacquirente.
Il destinatario deve :
verificare eventuali danneggiamenti causati dal trasporto
indicando eventuali riserve nella bolla di consegna;
segnalare eventuali reclami in forma scritta entro 8 gg dal
ricevimento della merce.
Vitrifrigo declina ogni responsabilità per ritardi di consegna
imputabili ai vettori.
Se non espressamente indicato dallacquirente il Vettore verrà
incaricato dalla Vitrifrigo.
Resi di materiali
Si accettano resi solo se preventivamente autorizzati da
responsabili Vitrifrigo.
Gli stessi viaggiano a rischio e responsabilità dellacquirente.
In caso di guasti o difetti di funzionamento contattare lufficio
Service Vitrifrigo o un ns. Centro Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato.
Shipment.
Shipment of ordered goods is always Ex Works and goods
travel at the exclusive risk and liability of the purchaser.
The intended recipient shall:
- check goods to ensure they comply with the order
- check for any damage that may have occurred during transport,
indicating any reservations in the delivery note
- send any complaints in writing no later than 8 days from the
receipt of goods.
Vitrifrigo refuses to accept any liability for delays in delivery that
can be attributed to the carrier.
Unless otherwise expressly named by the purchase, carriers
will be appointed by Vitrifrigo.
Returns.
Returns will not be accepted without the prior authorisation
of a Vitrifrigo official. Returned goods travel at the risk and
liability of the purchaser. In the event of breakdowns or operating
defects, contact the Service Division at Vitrifrigo or one of our
authorised Technical Assistance Service Centres.
Ricambi
Gli ordini relativi ai ricambi prevedono un importo minimo
fatturabile di 85 e laggiunta di 15 (spese di gestione) per
Spare parts.
We add a 15 management fee to orders of spare parts

Per qualsiasi controversia, il foro competente è quello di Pesaro.

ALLGEMEINE VERKAUFSBEDINGUNGEN
Commandes.
Nous invitons la clientèle à envoyer seulement des commandes
écrites, en indiquant clairement ce qui suit:
- raison sociale et adresse complètes avec téléphone, fax et courriel
- description ou code des produits
- quantité
- type dalimentation
- délais de livraison requis
- transporteur et modalités de livraison
Les clients qui nous contactent pour la première fois sont priés
dindiquer le numéro de code TVA et de fournir leurs coordonnées
bancaires complètes (BBAN/IBAN).
Paiements.
La première livraison devra être réglée en choisissant entre les
modalités suivantes:
- contre remboursement au transporteur
- virement bancaire anticipé
- paiement garanti par caution de banque ou garantie acceptée
par Vitrifrigo.
Les livraisons successives seront réglées selon les accords pris
expressément avec le réseau de vente et acceptés par Vitrifrigo.
Les commandes dun montant inférieur à 250,00 seront toujours
réglées par paiement contre remboursement. Pour des commandes
de marchandise dun montant net inférieur à 500,00 Vitrifrigo
exigera une forme de paiement en une seule fois. Les frais bancaires
y afférents sont toujours à la charge de lacheteur. Les montants
impayés ou en retard
entraîneront une suspension de toute fourniture et lannulation des
contrats en cours, ainsi que lapplication des intérêts moratoires
prévus par la loi.
Bestellungen

Kunden, die sich zum ersten Mal an uns wenden, müssen die
Umsatzsteueridentifizierungsnummer und die Bankkoordinaten
(BBAN/IBAN) angeben.
Zahlungen.
Für die erste Warenlieferung ist die folgende Zahlungsweise
vorgesehen:
- per Nachnahme an den Spediteur
- Vorabüberweisung
- Zahlung mit Bankbürgschaft oder von Vitrifrigo akzeptierter
Garantieleistung. Für die folgenden Lieferungen wird die
Zahlungsweise mit dem Vertriebsnetz vereinbart und von
Vitrifrigo akzeptiert. Bei Bestellmengen mit einem Wert von
unter 250,00 verlangt Vitrifrigo die Zahlung per Nachnahme.
Bei Bestellmengen mit einem Wert von unter 500,00 verlangt
Vitrifrigo die Zahlung in einer einzigen Rate. Die Bankgebühren
gehen immer zu Lasten des Kunden. Verzögerungen oder
Unregelmäßigkeiten bei den Zahlungen berechtigen Vitrifrigo
zur Aussetzung aller Lieferungen, zur Annullierung von Verträgen
sowie zur Erhebung der gesetzlichen Säumniszinsen.

jours à compter de la réception de la marchandise.
Vitrifrigo décline toute responsabilité pour les éventuels retards de
livraison dus aux transporteurs. Faute dindication du client, la
marchandise sera expédiée par un transporteur agréé Vitrifrigo.
Versand.
Der Versand der bestellten Ware erfolgt immer frei ab Werk
und die Ware reist auf Gefahr und Verantwortung des Käufers.
Der Empfänger muss:
- sicherstellen, dass die Ware der Bestellung entspricht;
- sicherstellen, dass eventuelle Transportschäden auf dem
Lieferschein vermerkt werden;
- eventuelle Beanstandungen innerhalb von 8 Tagen vom Erhalt
der Ware schriftlich melden.
Vitrifrigo lehnt jegliche Verantwortung für verspätete Lieferungen
ab, die auf den Spediteur zurückzuführen sind. Falls nicht
ausdrücklich angegeben, wird der Spediteur von Vitrifrigo
beauftragt.
Rendus de marchandises.
Les rendus ne sont pas acceptés, sauf en cas dautorisation préalable
par les responsables Vitrifrigo. Ces derniers voyagent aux risques
et périls de lacheteur et sous sa responsabilité.
En cas de pannes ou de défauts de fonctionnement, contacter le
bureau Service Vitrifrigo ou notre Centre dAssistance Technique
agréé le plus proche.
Rücklieferungen.
Akzeptiert werden ausschließlich vorab von Verantwortlichen
von Vitrifrigo genehmigte Rücklieferungen. Die Ware reist auch
in diesem Fall auf Gefahr und Verantwortung des Käufers. Bitte
wenden Sie sich bei Mängeln oder Funktionsstörungen an die
Kundendienstabteilung von Vitrifrigo oder an eine unserer
Kundendienststellen.
Pièces détachées.
Les commandes de pièces détachées comportent un montant
facturable minimum de 85 et l'ajout de 15 (frais de gestion)
pour des commandes d'un montant inférieur, outre les frais de
transport.

Tribunal compétent.
Pour tout litige le tribunal compétent est celui de Pésaro.
Gerichtsstand.
Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle Rechtssachen ist Pesaro.

Pedidos.
Rogamos nuestros señores clientes que nos envien los pedidos
solo de forma escrita especificando claramente lo siguiente:

- descripción y código de los productos
- cantidad
- tipo de alimentación
- plazos de entrega requeridos
- transportista y modo de entrega
Los clientes que nos contactan para el primer suministro tendrán
que indicarnos su número de partida IVA y sus datos bancarios
(BBAN/IBAN).
Pagos.
El primer suministro de mercancía considera el siguiente tipo de
pago:
- contra entrega al transportista
- transferencia bancaria anticipada
- pago garantizado por medio de fianza bancaria o garantía aceptada
por Vitrifrigo.
Los suministros siguientes considerarán los pagos acordados con
la red de venta y aceptados por Vitrifrigo. Para pedidos de mercancía
de importe neto inferior a 250,00, Vitrifrigo solicitará el pago
contra entrega. Para pedidos de mercancía de importe neto inferior
a 500,00,Vitrifrigo solicitará el tipo de pago en una única vez. Los
gastos bancarios referidos se
entienden siempre a cargo del comprador. Los retrasos o las
irregularidades en el pago darán la facultad a Vitrifrigo de suspender
cualquier suministro y de anular los contratos existentes aplicando
los intereses de demora según las leyes vigentes.
Envíos.
Los envíos de mercancía de los pedidos se entienden siempre
Franco Fábrica y la mercancía viaja bajo la responsabilidad del
comprador. El destinatario debe:
- controlar que la mercancía esté conforme con el pedido
- comprobar los eventuales daños causados por el transporte
indicando las eventuales reservas en el albarán
- indicar las eventuales reclamaciones de forma escrita antes de 8
días desde el recibimiento de la mercancía.
Vitrifrigo declina toda responsabilidad en caso de retrasos en la
entrega imputables a los transportistas. Si no está expresamente
indicado por el comprador, el Transportista será contratado por
Vitrifrigo.
Devolución de materiales.
Se aceptan devoluciones solo si previamente autorizadas por los
responsables de Vitrifrigo. Éstas viajan bajo la responsabilidad del
comprador. En caso de averías o defectos de funcionamiento,
contacte con el despacho Service Vitrifrigo o con uno de nuestros
Centros de Asistencia Técnica autorizado.
Repuestos.
Los pedidos de repuestos deben hacerse por un importe mínimo
de facturación de 85 más 15 (por gastos de gestión) para los
pedidos por importes inferiores, excluyendo los gastos de transporte.
Tribunal competente.
En caso de cualquier controversia, el tribunal competente es el de
Pesaro.
