MIXING
1. Into a clean mixing pail, pour about 3/4 of the required amount of
cool, clean potable water (see “Product Performance Properties”
table on TDS for mixing ratios). The water demand will vary
depending on temperature, humidity, mixing equipment and
material. Use the minimum amount of water required to achieve the
desired consistency.
2. Slowly add Planigrout 712 to water while mixing, using a
low-speed mixer. Do not hand-mix Planigrout 712. Add the

CURING
Curing is recommended for 72 hours using wet curing, damp burlap,
polyethylene sheeting curing compound (see TDS for details). Protect
from excessive heat and/or wind, which can cause premature surface
drying and result in cracking. Reference ACI 308.1 Standard
Specification for Curing Concrete.

PRÉPARATION DES SUPPORTS
• Tous les supports doivent être propres, structurellement sains,
stables et exempts de débris et de béton désagrégé et friable
• Nettoyer la surface à fond afin d'enlever toutes substances
susceptibles de nuire à l'adhérence de Planigrout 712, y compris la
saleté, la peinture, le goudron, l'asphalte, la cire, l'huile, la graisse,
les composés au latex, les agents de décoffrage, la laitance, les
particules mal assujetties et tous autres corps étrangers ou résidus.
• Se référer au document ACI 351.1R ou 351.2R (voir le tableau «

• Bien humidifier le support de béton (jusqu'à l'obtention d'une

APPLICATION
• Consistance plastique – Planigrout 712 peut être mis en place à
l'aide de tiges ou d'une chaîne.
• Fluide – Planigrout 712 peut être appliqué à l’aide d’une pompe à
coulis cimentaire à basse pression ou être versé, damé à la main ou
dragué à la chaîne.
Pour des couches de coulis plus épaisses, ajouter des gravillons de 10
mm (3/8”) non réactifs, lavés, propres, saturés superficiellement secs
(SSS) jusqu’à 30 % du poids [6,80 kg (15 lb)]. Pour le jointoiement des
boulons/goujons d’ancrage, le diamètre du trou doit être de 2,5 cm (1”)
de plus que le diamètre de la barre. Pour l’ancrage, isoler du contact
direct avec l’aluminium.

DESCRIPCIÓN
Planigrout 712 es una lechada aprobada por el Departamento de
Transporte (DOT, por sus siglas en inglés), a base de cemento, de un
solo componente, que no se contrae ni contiene metal y que cumple
con las normas CRD C621 y ASTM C1107. Planigrout 712 contiene un
inhibidor de corrosión y sílice ahumado, así como una mezcla especial
de áridos y plastificantes que proporcionan características de
aplicación y rendimiento excepcionales.
PREPARACIÓN DE SUPERFICIES

APLICACIÓN
• Plástica - Planigrout 712 puede sujetarse mediante varillas o

• Consistencia fluida – Planigrout 712 se debe utilizar con una

con una varilla o con una cadena.
Para aplicaciones de lechada más profundas, agregue un 30% por peso
(6,80 kg [15 lb.]) de gravilla no reactiva, limpia, lavada y seca
superficialmente y saturada (SSD) de 10 mm (3/8”). Para lechadas
utilizadas para instalar pernos de anclaje/espigas, el diámetro del
orificio debe ser 2,5 cm (1”) mayor que el diámetro de la barra. Para
anclar, evite el contacto directo con el aluminio.
CURADO
Se recomienda curar durante 72 horas con un compuesto de curado o
un laminado de polietileno, de harpillera humedecida curada en agua

calor o viento excesivo que podrían ocasionar un secado o

DESCRIPTION
Planigrout 712 est un coulis cimentaire monocomposant, sans retrait et
non métallique pour la construction satisfaisant aux normes CRD C621
et ASTM C1107. Planigrout 712 contient un inhibiteur de corrosion et
de la fumée de silice, ainsi qu'un mélange spécial d'agrégats et de
plastifiants qui offrent des caractéristiques de performance et de mise
en place exceptionnelles.
MÉLANGE
1. Dans un seau à mélanger propre, verser environ les 3/4 de la
quantité d’eau fraîche, propre et potable nécessaire (voir la section
« Caractéristiques de performance du produit » sur la fiche
technique pour connaître les proportions de mélange). La quantité
d'eau nécessaire varie selon la température, l'humidité et
l'équipement de mélange. Utiliser la quantité minimale d'eau
nécessaire pour obtenir la consistance voulue.

• Flowable – Planigrout 712 may be used with a low-pressure grout
pump, or poured, hand-rodded and chained into place.
For deeper grout applications, add 30% by weight (15 lbs. [6,80 kg]) of
nonreactive, washed, cleaned and SSD 3/8” (10 mm) pea gravel. For
anchor bolt/dowel grouting, hole diameter should be 1” (2,5 cm)

SURFACE PREPARATION
• Ensure that all substrates are clean, structurally sound and stable,
with all loose materials and unsound concrete removed.
• Thoroughly clean the surface of substances that could affect the
bond strength of Planigrout 712, including dirt, paint, tar, asphalt,
wax, oil, grease, latex compounds, form-release agents, laitance,
loose toppings, foreign substances and any other residues.
• Reference ACI 351.1R or 351.2R (see "Related Documents" chart of
Technical Data Sheet [TDS]) for surface preparation and grouting
procedures.
• Thoroughly wet the concrete surface (prepare to an SSD condition);
remove all standing water from foundation and bolt holes.
• Ensure that the concrete substrate and ambient room temperatures
are between 41°F and 95°F (5°C and 35°C) before application.
