• If you use soldering for the installation of the faucet, the seats, cartridges and washers will have to be removed before
using flame. Otherwise, warranty will be void on these parts
• Do not put plumber’s putty on threads
• Cover your drain to avoid loosing parts
• When installing flexible hose, Please notice: there should be no torsion or deformation ; do not fold into Shape
V or L; do not use if there is any crack or deformation.

Keep it looking new by cleaning it periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool and harsh chemicals as these will dull the finish and void your warranty.

Faucet Installation Procedure

If you've followed the instructions carefully and your faucet still does not work properly, take these corrective steps.

Shut off main water supply before installation.

Plastic Seal Cover

Problem/Problema
The fittings should be installed by a licensed plumber.

Insert spray hose down through hole in spray holder.
Remove the plastic seal cover from the outlet port prior to
pushing the hose adapter onto the same port, you will
hear a "click" sound once they are joined.
5 Screw spray head onto spray hose.
6 Attach water supply hoses or tubes to the faucet.

7 After installing faucet, remove aerator and turn on water to
remove any left over debris. Re-assemble aerator and tigthen.
Action/Solución
Leaks underneath handle.
Retainer nut has come loose.
Dirty or damaged o-ring on cartridge
or body.
Tighten the retainer nut. Clean or replace the o-ring.

Aerator leaks or has an inconsistent

Unscrew the aerator to check rubber packing
or replace the aerator.

Diverter is dirty or broken.
Remove cap and unscrew the diverter.

on sink. Screw lock nut onto shank.

Screw and tighten lock nuts onto
faucet.

All parts of the DELANEY Silver Oak faucet are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty is made to the original consumer purchaser and shall be effective from the date of
purchase as shown on purchaser's receipt.
DELANEY will replace, free of charge, during the warranty period, any part which proves defective in material and/or workmanship
under normal installation, use and service. DELANEY’S obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of any parts
which proves defective upon DELANEY’S inspection of such product. Replacement parts can be obtained by returning the defective
part to your local DELANEY dealer, transportation charges prepaid, with a copy of the purchase receipt or by calling 1-888-328-2383.
This warranty is void for any damage to this faucet due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, any use in violation of
instructions furnished by us, or any use of replacement parts other than genuine DELANEY parts. Damage to the finish caused by the
use of abrasive cleaners, solvents, alcohols or chemicals is not covered by this limited lifetime warranty.
