Happy New Liturgical Year! Happy and Holy Advent! Happy
Thanksgiving weekend! As we celebrate all these different
things, they all have one thing in common, Jesus Christ. From
His death and resurrection, we have hope and new life. From
Christ, we are able to remember and celebrate all that He has
given to us. This new time, is a time to look at our lives and
begin anew with our journey with Christ. Here at SCB, we have
several important opportunities over the next several weeks that
can help us grow spiritually, as individuals, and as a community.
¡Feliz Nuevo Año Litúrgico! ¡Feliz Adviento! ¡Feliz Fin de
Semana de Acción de Gracias! Al celebrar todas estas cosas
diferentes, todas tienen una cosa en común, Jesucristo. Con
su muerte y resurrección, tenemos esperanza y nueva vida.
Con Cristo, somos capaces de recordar y celebrar todo lo
que nos ha dado. Este nuevo tiempo, es para reflexionar en
nuestras vidas y comenzar de nuevo nuestro viaje con Cristo.
Aquí en SCB, tenemos varias oportunidades importantes
durante las próximas semanas que nos pueden ayudar a
crecer espiritualmente como individuos y comunidad.

the 29th each night at 7:00 p.m. in the Church.
Advent Penance Service is on Wednesday, November 30th at
6:30 p.m. This is a great opportunity to prepare our hearts for
this season of Advent!
