Endorsement request
Endorsement requests should be addressed to the WFPHA secretariat and to the Chair of the Policy Committee
([email protected] and [email protected] respectively) at least 7 days before the endorsement deadline.
The Chair of the Policy Committee should inform the committee members and the WFPHA president, or the
vice-president if the president cannot be reached quickly, and evaluate if:
1. The organization submitting the endorsement request is known/supported by Federation members
2. The organization submitting the endorsement request is reliable
3. The purpose of the document submitted is in line with the WFPHA values and goals
4. The purpose of the document submitted is in line with the WFPHA activities on going during the
endorsement request submission
The Chair of the Policy Committee, as representative of the Committee, jointly with the WFPHA president (or
vice-president) should approve or refuse the endorsement request.
When approved, the endorsed document should be circulated to the GC members for information.
