IT / Generatori Endotermici: I generatori
endotermici sono utilizzati per produrre
atmosfera protettiva nella zona di
trattamento. Anche se la maggior parte degli
impianti funziona con atmosfere a base di
azoto-metanolo, c’é ancora una rilevante
richiesta di generatori di endogas ed esogas
nei diversi paesi europei. L’utilizzo sempre
maggiore di atmosfere a base di metano,
seppur adottando l’uso di apparecchiature
di controllo sofisticate, assume un ruolo
importante nei processi di trattamento dei
metalli e permette di ottenne il trattamento
desiderato nella massima sicurezza.

Software: Per quanto riguarda il controllo
automatizzato dei forni, CIEFFE può offrire
diverse soluzioni software. Qualora richiesto,
è comunque possibile utilizzare sistemi già
presenti nell’azienda del cliente, realizzando
in collaborazione le necessarie integrazioni
con gli impianti di fornitura CIEFFE. I
software sono forniti con il sistema di teleassistenza, che permette di intervenire con
tempestività alla risoluzione dei problemi
presentatisi al cliente.
EN / Endothermic generators: The
endothermic generators are employed to
produce protective atmosphere, for the
use in heat treatment furnaces. Even if the
major part of the plants is required with an
atmospheres based on nitrogen-methanol,
the requests for endogas and exogas
generators make up a relevant position in the
european market. The steadily increasing use
of atmospheres based on natural gas, also
if it needs the employment of sophisticated
control devices, is taking an important part in
the metal treatment processes and makes it
possible to obtain the desired treatment, with
a maximum of safety.

Software: As far as the automatic furnace
control is concerned, Cieffe offers a lot of
solutions. According to the customer’s
choice, we can however equip the plants
with already existing systems, by integrating
our machines in collaboration with the
customer. In any case, the tele-assistance is
fundamental to assure the quick and timely
solving of the problems as they come up at
the customer’s site.
DE / Endogaserzeuger: Die endothermischen
Erzeuger werden zur Herstellung von
Schutzatmosphäre benutzt, die in die
Wärmebehandlungsanlagen anwendet wird.
Obwohl der grösste Teil der Anlagen mit
Atmosphären auf Stickstoff-Methanol-Basis
gefordert wird, stellt die Anfrage nach Endogas- und
Esogas-Erzeugern noch eine relevante Alternative bei
europäischen Kunden dar. Der stetig zunehmende
Gebrauch von Atmosphären auf Methangasbasis,
auch wenn er den Einsatz komplizierter
Kontrollgeräte braucht, spielt eine wichtige Rolle
in den Behandlungsprozessen der Metalle und
ermöglicht es, die gewünschte Behandlung in
maximaler Sicherheit durchzuführen.

Software: Was die automatisierte Steuerung der
Öfen betrifft, so verfügt die Cieffe zur Zeit über
verschiedenen Lösungen. Unter Berücksichtigung
der Kunden-Wünsche, können wir die Anlagen in
jedem Fall mit sich bereits im Gebrauch befindlichen
Systemen ausstatten, und in Zusammenarbeit mit
dem Kunden Integrationen mit unseren Anlagen
realisieren. Dank einer Fernwartung, können wir
kurzfristig einzugreifen und die Probleme, die beim
Kunden entstehen können, schnellstens zu lösen.

Les générateurs endothermiques sont
employés pour produire l’atmosphère
protectrice, utilisée dans la zone de
traitement.
Même si la majeure partie des installations
fonctionne sous azote méthanol, la
demande pour les générateurs endo et exo
reste à un niveau relativement important,
suivant les différents pays européens.
L’utilisation toujours croissante
d’atmosphères à base de méthane, même
si elle nécessite l’utilisation d’appareils
de gestion très sophistiqués, joue un rôle
important dans les process de traitement
et permet d’obtenir les résultats désirés
avec le maximum de sécurité.

Software: CIEFFE Forni Industriali dispose
aujourd’hui de plusieurs softwares pour la
gestion automatique des installations.
En accord avec le client, il est possible
d’équiper les nouvelles installations
fournis par CIEFFE avec des systèmes
existantes chez le client, en réalisant
les nécessaires intégrations, avec la
collaboration du client. Ces installations
sont équipées d’un système de téléassistance.

generadores endotérmicos se utilizan para
producir una atmósfera protectora, para
su uso en hornos de tratamiento térmico.
Incluso, aunque en la mayor parte de las
plantas se requieren atmósferas basadas
en nitrógeno-metanol, los requerimientos
para los generadores de endogas y exogas
suponen una posición significativa en el
mercado europeo.
El incremento paulatino del uso de
atmósferas basadas en gas natural, incluso
aunque necesite del empleo de sistemas
de control sofisticados, está tomando una
posición importante en los procesos de
tratamiento metalúrgico, y hace posible
conseguir el tratamiento requerido, con una
seguridad máxima.

Software: En lo que concierne al control
automático del horno, Cieffe ofrece muchas
soluciones. Dependiendo de la elección del
cliente, podemos equipar las plantas con
sistema ya existentes, integrando nuestras
máquinas en colaboración con el cliente.
En cualquier caso, la teleasistencia es
fundamental para garantizar la resolución
rápida y a tiempo de los problemas, según
se producen en la planta del cliente.

производства защитной атмосферы,
подаваемой на печи для термообработки.
Хотя большинство наших заказчиков
работают с ат-мосферой на основе
азотаметанола, все же эндогенераторы
попрежнему пользуются спросом
на европейском рынке. В сфере
металлообработки все более и более
популярной становится атмосфера на
основе природного газа, несмотря на то,
что ее использование требует сложных
ме-ханизмов управления, так как она
позволяет поучить тре-буемое качество
обработки при сохранении максимальной
безопасности рабочего процесса.
CIEFFE может предложить ряд решений по
автоматическо-му управлению печами.
Однако по заказу наших клиентов мы
можем оборудовать установки уже
существующими системами управления и
в сотрудничестве с заказчиком установить
наше оборудование в уже действующие
линии.
