Contraindications
Contraindicaciones
Casos de pie plano rígido, fusiones previas de
la articulación, artritis significativa, excesiva
laxitud ligamentaria incluida displaxia
generalizada, inestabilidad de la articulación
tarsal media, pie plano valgo, pie neuropático
(Charcot), infección activa, pacientes con
sensibilización previa al titanio, pacientes con
mala calidad ósea, obesidad severa, pie plano
asintomático, pacientes menores de 3 años.
Adaptabilidad | Adaptability
Diseñado para adaptarse a las características
anatómicas del canal tarsal y a sus distintos tamaños
según cada paciente.
Designed to adapt to the anatomical characteristics
of the tarsal canal and its different size in each
patient.
Cases of rigid flatfoot, prior arthrodesis of
the joint, significant arthritis, excess laxity
of the ligaments including generalized
dysplaxia, instability of the medial tarsal
joint, valgus flatfoot, neuropathic foot
(Charcot), active infection, patients with prior
sensitization to titanium, patients with poor
bone quality, severe obesity, asymptomatic
flatfoot, patients under the age of 3 years.

physiognomy, making it easier to
insert and enhancing adaptability.
Preoperatorio (en carga)
Pre-operative (weight-bearing)
Perform a small, 2 to 4-cm incision on the lateral aspect of
the foot over the tarsal sinus.
Dissect the subcutaneous tissues and enter the tarsal canal
with a hemostat in order to create a passage for the
guidewire.

Postoperatorio (en carga)
Se introduce la aguja guía a través del canal tarsal.
Insert the guidewire through the tarsal canal.

Introducir, a través de la aguja guía, los talladores
acoplados al mango de anclaje rápido.
Se empieza por la talla más pequeña hasta comprobar
la talla que limita la eversión anormal del calcáneo.
En caso de duda, elegir la talla más pequeña.
Realizar control escópico para evitar que el tallador
sobrepase la cara medial del astrágalo y evitar la
sobrecorrección.
Insert the trial implant sizes attached to the T-handle
with quick coupling by means of the guidewire.
Begin with the smallest size until you reach the size
that limits abnormal calcaneal eversion. When in
doubt, choose the smaller size.
Using the scope, check to make sure that the trial
implant does not go beyond the medial aspect of the
astragalus to avoid overcorrection.

el separador, adaptado al mango de anclaje rápido.

Carry out the maneuver to correct the talus with the
retractor attached to the T-handle with quick coupling.
Estabilidad rotacional | Rotational stability
Roscado y con 3 ranuras autorroscantes. Para
facilitar su inserción y favorecer su estabilidad rotacional.
Titanio. Fabricado en aleación de Titanio (Ti6Al4V),
buscando una óptima biocompatibilidad.
Thread and 3 Self-threading. To make it easier to
insert and foster rotational stability.
Titanium. Manufactured out of Titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V),
seeking optimal biocompatibility.
Realizar una pequeña incisión de 2 a 4cm en la cara lateral
del pie sobre el seno del tarso.
Diseccionar los tejidos subcutáneos y dentro del canal tarsal
con un hemostato, para crear un pasaje para la aguja guía.
Una vez elegida la talla, se sujeta el implante
correspondiente con el atornillador, adaptado éste al
mango de anclaje rápido, y se introduce el conjunto
a través de la aguja guía.
Finalmente queda alojado el implante en el canal
tarsal, evitando el desplazamiento del astrágalo.
Once the proper size has been chosen, the
corresponding implant is held with the screwdriver
attached to the T-handle with quick coupling and the
assembly is inserted by means of the guidewire.
The implant is finally lodged in the tarsal canal,
preventing displacement of the talus.
