I hope you are enjoying the summer. This letter is filled with all the important dates for school bus transportation related
items for the upcoming school year. Please read the information carefully so we can get your child’s transportation needs
squared away as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you haven’t yet registered for the 2015-2016 school year, please do so prior to July 15, 2015. This will also be the last
day to make arrangements for your child to be transported to and from a daycare center or home daycare until September
8, 2015. Your child’s home daycare/babysitter must reside in the same elementary school boundary as you do.

BUS TAG PICK-UP DAY (PK & Kindergarten).
Busing information WILL NOT BE mailed. You will have three opportunities to pick up your child’s bus pass. If you do
not pick up the bus pass, your child may not receive transportation until September 8, 2015. Please bring your child’s
backpack so that the bus tag may be secured to it.

This is a day for only the 6th graders to get to know their new school. Please be at the bus stop one hour later than your
regularly scheduled time as printed on your post card that will be mailed on July 31.
FRESHMEN ORIENTATION: Monday, August 10, 2015 @ Round Lake High School
Students with the Last Name Beginning with A-L

This is a day for only the 9th graders to get to know their new school. Please be at the bus stop at the regularly scheduled
time as printed on your post card that will be mailed on July 31, if you have a first hour schedule. Those students who
have a second hour schedule, please be at the bus stop one-hour earlier than your regular scheduled time.
Students with the Last Name Beginning with M-Z
11:50am-3:30pm
This is a day for only the 9th graders to get to know their new school. Please be at the bus stop four (4) hours later than the
regularly scheduled time as printed on your post card that will be mailed on July 31, if you have a first hour schedule.
Those students who have a second hour schedule, please be at the bus stop three (3) hours later than your regular
scheduled time.

Espero que estén disfrutando el verano. Esta carta contiene todas las fechas importantes sobre el transporte en autobús escolar
para el próximo año escolar. Lea la información detenidamente para que podamos organizar las necesidades de transporte de su
hijo de la forma más rápida y eficiente posible.
Si todavía no se ha inscrito para el año escolar 2015-2016, hágalo antes del 15 de julio de 2015. Este también será el último día
para organizar el transporte de su hijo hacia y desde una guardería o cuidado de día en el hogar hasta el 8 de septiembre de
2015. La persona de cuidado en el hogar/la niñera de su hijo debe residir dentro del mismo límite de escuela primaria que usted.

La información del transporte escolar NO SERÁ enviada por correo. Usted tendrá tres oportunidades para retirar el pase de
autobús de su hijo. Si no retira el pase de autobús, su hijo no podrá recibir transporte hasta el 8 de septiembre de 2015. Traiga la
mochila de su hijo para sujetarle la etiqueta del autobús allí.
1. Jueves, 30 de julio de 2015 en Pleviak School de 12:00 p.m. a 6:00 p.m.
2. Viernes, 31 de julio de 2015 en Operation Service Center de 8:30 a.m. a 1:00 p.m.
3. Lunes, 10 de agosto de 2015 reunión Meet & Greet en la escuela de su hijo de 4:00 p.m. a 5:30 p.m.
ORIENTACIÓN DE 6º GRADO: Lunes, 10 de agosto en RLMS y JTMMS de 8:30 a.m. a 10:00 a.m.
Este día es solamente para que los estudiantes de 6º grado conozcan su escuela nueva. Vaya a la parada de autobús una hora
más tarde del horario regular que figura en la tarjeta postal que le enviaremos por correo el 31 de julio.
ORIENTACIÓN DE 9º GRADO: Lunes, 10 de agosto de 2015 en Round Lake High School
Estudiantes cuyo apellido comienza con A-L 7:50 a.m. a 11:30 a.m.
Este día es solamente para que los estudiantes de 9º grado conozcan su escuela nueva. Vaya a la parada de autobús en el horario
regular que figura en la tarjeta postal que le enviaremos por correo el 31 de julio, si tiene un cronograma de primera hora. Los
estudiantes que tienen un cronograma de segunda hora deben estar en la parada de autobús una hora antes del horario regular.
Estudiantes cuyo apellido comienza con M-Z 11:50 a.m. a 3:30 p.m.
Este día es solamente para que los estudiantes de 9º grado conozcan su escuela nueva. Vaya a la parada de autobús cuatro (4)
horas más tarde del horario regular que figura en la tarjeta postal que le enviaremos por correo el 31 de julio, si tiene un
cronograma de primera hora. Los estudiantes que tienen un cronograma de segunda hora deben estar en la parada de autobús
tres (3) horas más tarde del horario regular.
