Message from Father Nelson:
Dear brothers and sisters,
Let us rise a prayer of thanksgiving for the wonderful
gift of our mothers, living or dead, they are for us an
inspiration of courage, sacrifice, endurance, perseverance, and hope. How beautiful they are. If she is alive
do everything you can to make her happy. If she rest
in the peace of Christ, live by doing what she taught
you.
I hope you like the cover of our bulletin, that’s a little
recognition to all mothers. We love you.

Parish Life:
We are doing the dancing with the stars fundraiser,
and we need the whole community to help out. You
can be volunteer, you can participate dancing and
representing a country. But the most important help is
that you come and enjoy yourself by sharing with the
community the faith, good conversation, drinks,
snacks, and the love for our parish.
May 30th, is St Joan of Arc memorial day. We will
have a share after morning Mass, and at 6Pm Bilingual Mass with some refreshments after.
The statues of: St Joan of Arc, Our mother the Virgin
Mary, and the Sacred heart of Jesus, will be restored
by June 20th, we need your help. The cost of this
restorations is $ 1900.
Corpus Christi Sunday. This day won’t be 10:00AM
Mass, instead we will have 10:30 bilingual Mass,
with procession with the Most Holy Sacrament. Children who have done their first communion will be
present and dressed with their first communion
clothes. We will have three altars for adoration.
Please come and adore with us to our Lord Jesus
Christ in the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar.
Seventh Sunday of Easter
“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and
the last, the beginning and the
end.” (Revelations 22:13) This is a reminder of
how we should live our lives 24 hours a day, 7
days a week – putting God first in all that we
do. Not only when I am at Mass and parish
activities, but when I am in the world, at work
or at school. Living gratefully and generously
is a lifestyle, it’s how I make all my decisions.

DANCING WITH THE STARS
Help us to sell tickets for a raffle of a Pilgrimage to Holy Land for two people. Our goal is
to sell 500 tickets. The cost of each ticket is
$50 dollars. The person who sells the most
tickets, and all of them have been paid, will
receive a reward. If we sell at least 250 tickets, that person will win $250; if we meet the
goal of 500 tickets, that person will win $500.
Tickets won’t be available until we have a
number of people that commit to sell them,
and that at least 250 tickets are guarantied to
be sold. If you are interested please contact
Fr. Nelson.
The profit from this raffle will help us to continue with our pastoral work.
If you can’t help us by selling tickets, at least
you can help us by buying one or more.

de un viaje de peregrinación a Tierra
santa para dos personas. El costo de la
boleta será de $50 Dólares.
Las boletas no se empezarán a vender
hasta que tengamos un grupo de personas que se comprometan a venderlas y
que podamos garantizar al menos la
venta de unas 250 boletas. La meta es
vender 500 boletas.

Queridos hermanos y hermanas en el Señor, nada
es mas agradable que ver padres durante la Misa
tratando de educar a sus hijos acerca de comportarse con respeto dentro de la Iglesia, y nada es
mas decepcionante, que ver padres de familia
dejando a sus hijos hacer lo que quieran durante la
Misa. Con amor y paciencia podemos hacerles entender a los niños acerca del buen comportamiento
dentro de la Iglesia. Ayúdemonos unos a otros y
mejoremos en nuestro respeto por la casa de Dios.
