BAPTISM / BAUTISMO
Pick up registration form in the office. Bring in Baptism
Registration completely filled in, along with a copy of
the Birth Certificate to the office between Tuesday and
Friday, at least a month ahead of date of desired Baptism. It is required that parents and both godparents
attend the talk before Baptism. The donation from the
godparents to the Church of St. Julia for materials will
be $50, payable at the moment of submission of form.

requiere que padres y ambos padrinos asistan a la plática
