participated in the CDC’s
Salem Build Day! The day was
a huge success thanks to all of
our volunteers and sponsors.
We improved Pickman Park by
landscaping, painting,
repairing fences, and more.
We cannot wait until next
year’s Build Day!
Are you age 16-24? Need your HiSet?
We want you!
• Complete your high school diploma or get
your HiSet (GED)
• Learn job skills through construction
• Earn nationally recognized
credentials/certificates
• Become an AmeriCorps member and
receive a $1500 educational award!
Did you miss the Salem
Build Day?
Don’t worry! On August 12th the CDC is
hosting a Build Day in Lynn. If you are
interested in revitalizing parts of Lynn’s
neighborhoods please contact Keshia

before August 5th to guarantee a tshirt. A free lunch will also be served.
