Dear Parent,
The new school year is about to begin and we want to extend a warm welcome to let you know that
Chartwells School Dining Services is excited to kick off the academic year. We strive to serve healthy,
well-balanced meals that students will enjoy. Below, you will find our meal plans and prices for the
2016-’17 school year.

*Price is determined by your confidential application for free/reduced priced
meals. Applications must be completed annually, and are available on the
district website at: www.stamfordpublicschools.org Applications are also
available on the third floor of the Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd.
Students must either have money on their account or pay in full with
cash until their application for free/reduced lunch has been approved.
A full student Breakfast includes
 A whole grain cereal, snack or muffin
 fruit or 100% Juice
 A choice of milk. (Milk choices include 1% white, skim
white, skim chocolate)
A full student lunch includes
 A choice of entrée
 fruit/vegetable side dishes
 A choice of milk. (Milk choices include 1% white, skim white, skim chocolate)
