Thompson Speedtouch Restart Procedure
If you find you have no phone line but your internet is working, it may be
necessary to reset your Thompson Router. We have found that certain conditions
like a power failure or power voltage drop may cause the line to drop out until the
unit is reset.
To restart the unit, simply locate the power on/off button at the rear and press it
once to switch off.
Wait 10 seconds and press again to switch on.
The unit will reboot and in approx. 2 minutes the “VOIP READY” light will come
on.

Service Agreement
1. JTD Sistemas Ayora SL herein after known as JTD
1.1 The service provides you with fixed wireless high-speed access to the
Internet - a range of Internet services and applications, including the option of a
fixed line telephone service.
1. El servicio JTD (en adelante JTD)
1.1 Este servicio le proporciona conexión inalámbrica a Internet de alta
velocidad, con diversos servicios asociados y aplicaciones, incluida la opción de
contratar el servicio de teléfono JTD vía VoIP.
2. When the agreement begins
2.1. The agreement comes into effect from the date of installation. No monthly
payment shall be due until JTD has successfully installed the service. The first
month (part month) payment along with the Installation fee is payable in advance
at the time of completing the installation.
2.2 All future subscriptions are payable on a monthly basis in advance, payable
to JTD by direct debit, between the 28th and 30th. Therefore, the first month will
be paid once the installation of the service has been done at the client house.

installation is payable upon completion of the installation at your premises after
your prior agreement with the installer. Any installation out of the standart, will be
paid by the client in the moment it is done at his house.
2. Efectividad del contrato
2.1. El contrato comienza a ser efectivo a partir de la fecha de instalación. No se
producirá cobro alguno pago mensual por parte de JTD hasta que dicho servicio
haya sido instalado y funcione satisfactoriamente. El primer pago mensual junto
con el Pago de la instalación, se realizará por adelantado junto con la tarifa de
instalación en el momento de finalizar la instalación.
2.2 Cualquier futura suscripción se realizará previo pago, entre el 28 y el 30 del
mes, mediante domiciliación bancaria. Por lo tanto, se cobrará el primer mes de
suscripción, una vez el servicio haya sido instalado en el domicilio del cliente.
Cualquier conexión entre el día 20 y el fin del mes también contraerá el previo
pago mensual del mes siguiente al momento de instalación.
2.3, El coste por cualquier equipo adicional o la mano de obra por otras razones
fuera de dicha instalación standard, será pagadero una vez se haya completado
la instalación requerida en el domicilio del cliente. No obstante, se cobrará
cualquier equipo adicional o mano de obra por cualquier otra instalación fuera de
la estándar, una vez finalizada la instalación pertinente en el domicilio del cliente
en cuestión.
3. prior to service connection
3.1 If equipment needs to be installed at your premises, you will need to provide
a suitable location for any equipment installed by JTD.
3.2 When the service is being activated at your premises it may be necessary for
our engineers to alter the network settings of your PC.

3.3 JTD will use all reasonable efforts to activate the service by the date agreed
with you the client; however it should be noted that all dates are estimates and
JTD cannot guarantee that they will be met.
3. Previamente a la conexión del servicio
3.1 Si el equipo requiere instalación en el domicilio del cliente, éste necesitará
proporcionar a JTD una localzación conveniente.
3.2 Cuando el servicio sea activado en dicho domicilio, serán necesarios ciertos
ajustes en la configuración del ordenador del cliente.
3.3 JTD utilizará todos los medios que sean oportunos para proceder a la
activación del servicio en la fecha acordada; sin embargo deberá tenerse en
cuenta que todas las fechas serán estimativas y que JTD no podrá garantizar el
cumplimiento exacto de las mismas.
4. Equipment
4.1 To ensure that the service remains safe and secure, any equipment
connected to, or used with, the service should bear the European Consumer
Equipment Standards "CE" mark and be used in compliance with all relevant
instructions and safety and security procedures.
4.2 JTD will maintain the equipment used to provide your connection free of
charge. Damage to cabling through no fault of JTD may incur a charge. Any
connected equipment including PC consoles etc. remain the responsibility of the
customer and JTD recommends the use of Surge protection.
4.3 Where the customer cancels this agreement JTD will arrange to de-install and
collect the connection equipment.
4. Equipo/s
4.1 Para garantizar que el servicio sigue siendo seguro, cualquier equipo
conectado a, o utilizado con el servicio debe llevar el sello estándar según la
Normativa europea de consumo "CE" y ser usado de acuerdo con todas las
instrucciones pertinentes y la seguridad y los procedimientos de seguridad.
4,2 JTD mantendrá los equipos utilizados para proporcionar la conexión forma
gratuita. Los daños al cableado por causas ajenas a JTD puede incurre un cargo.

4.3 Cuando el cliente cancele este acuerdo, JTD se encargará de desinstalar y

5. Access to Your Premises
5.1 From time to time JTD (or our agents) may require access to your premises
(e.g. repairs, maintenance or upgrades). If access is required, JTD shall provide
advance notice and, so long as appropriate notice and identification is shown,
you agree to allow access, it is expected reasonable requirements concerning the
safety of people on your premises is met by both parties.
5. Acceso al Domicilio del cliente
5.1 De vez en cuando, JTD (o sus agentes autorizados) requerirán acceder al
domicilio del cliente (por ejemplo: reparaciones, mantenimiento o ampliaciones).

6. Ensuring that the Service Is Secure
6.1 JTD may provide you with a set of usernames and passwords. These are for
your secure use of the service. You must make sure that they are kept
confidential, secure, and are used in accordance with all relevant instructions.
6.2. To ensure that the service remains secure, you must not change or attempt
to change a username or password.
6.3 If we consider that there is likely to be a breach of security, or misuse of the
service, we may:
(a) Change your password and then notify you that we have done this; and /or
(b) Suspend your username and password access to the service
6.4 If you suspect that any username or password has become known to
someone not authorised to use it, or if any password is being used, or is likely to
be used, in an unauthorised manner, you are advised to contact JTD
immediately.
6.5 If any of information that you provide when signing up for the service,
including any changes to your payment details email address, is changed at a
later date, you must inform JTD immediately.
6. Seguridad del servicio
6.1 JTD proveerá al cliente claves de usuarios y contraseñas para un uso seguro
del servicio. El cliente deberá mantenerlos de manera confidencial, a salvo y
para un uso en concordancia con las instrucciones que resulten relevantes.
6.2 Para asegurar que el servicio permanece seguro, el cliente no cambiará o
intentará cambiar ni el usuario ni la contraseña.
6.3 Si JTD considerara que existe un incumplimiento de seguridad o mal uso del
servicio:
a) Se procederá al cambio de contraseña y se notificará dicha acción al cliente;
y/o
b) Se procederá a la suspensión del usuario y contraseña del cliente de acceso
al servicio (véase el párrafo 14)
6.4 Si el cliente sospechara que su usuario o contraseña estuvieran bajo
conocimiento de terceros sin autorización, o si cualquier contraseña fuera a ser o
hubiera sido utilizada, lo pondrá inmediatamente en conocimiento de JTD
6.5 Si posteriormente a la firma del contrato se modifica cualquier dato,
incluyendo los relativos a la dirección de email y datos bancarios,se notificará
inmediatamente a JTD.
7. Other Factors within This Agreement
7.1 JTD may need to temporarily suspend the service for operational reasons
(e.g. for planned maintenance, repairs or upgrades) JTD will endeavour to
restore the service as soon as possible after any such suspension. (See
paragraph 8)
7.2 JTD may need to alter code or access details or technical specifications
associated with the service for operational reasons.
7.3 JTD may provide you with instructions when using the service or about your
use of the service, to ensure the quality of the service we provide to you and
other customers; and you agree to observe them.

7.4 JTD may be required to carry out work, either on site (i.e. customer premises)
or remotely from our offices; as such JTD cannot be held responsible for any data
loss.
7.5 JTD may provide advice on replacement / upgrading of any components and
or computers systems in the event of it becoming necessary for the adequate
functioning of the network provided by JTD.
7. Demás factores en el presente acuerdo
7.1 JTD necesitará en determinadas ocasiones proceder a la suspensión
temporal del servicio por motivos de mantenimiento, reparación o ampliaciones.
JTD procurará restablecer el servicio en el menor plazo de tiempo posible tras
cualquier suspensión. (Ver clausula 8)
7.2 JTD necesitará en alguna ocasión alterar los datos de acceso, código o
ciertas especificaciones asociadas al servicio por cuestiones técnicas.
7.2.1 JTD no será responsable de ninguna pérdida de servicio, ocasionada por
interferencias por parte de terceros o de algún otro proveedor, bien sea el
fabricante del/los equipo/s o bien el mismo proveedor.
7.3 JTD proporcionará al cliente instrucciones a cerca del uso del servicio, con
objeto de asegurar un correcto funcionamiento y calidad del mismo; el cliente
deberá atender a dichas instrucciones.
7.4 JTD requerirá el cumplimiento de ciertos trabajos, bien en un lugar en
concreto (por ejemplo en el domicilio del cliente), bien desde sus propias
instalaciones, y no se hará responsable pérdida de datos alguna.
7.5 JTD notificará el reemplazo o ampliación de cualquier componente o
sistemas informáticos en caso de que sea necesario para un correcto
funcionamiento de la red.
8. Repairing Service Faults
8.1 Although JTD shall provide you with the best possible service, we cannot
guarantee that the service will be operational at all times. However, JTD shall
attempt to correct all reported faults as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Reparaciones en el servicio
8.1 Aunque JTD intentará proveer del mejor servicio posible al cliente, no se
garantizará que dicho servicio se encuentre siempre operativo. Sin embargo,JTD
tratará de corregir cualquier fallo tan pronto como sea posible.
9. Charges
9.1 It is agreed that all charges for any equipment you purchase from JTD and
the services provided are payable in full by the client.
9.2 All on-going monthly and part payments remain due in the event of a
subsequent fault being reported.
9.3 Bank charges apply for declined payments.
9.4 Moving equipment from one home to another is chargeable at €5O + IVA.
9. Costes
9.1 Se establece que todos los costes por la compra de cualquier equipo a JTD y
los servicios contratados serán abonados en su totalidad por el cliente.
9.2 El cliente no abonará importe mensual alguno hasta que el servicio quede

10. Service Use
10.1 The client must take all reasonable precautions to ensure that nobody
(including you) makes use of the service:
(a) Fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence;
(b) To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, or use any material
which is offensive, abusive, Indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing,
or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights;
(c) To cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
(d) To spam or to send or provide unsolicited advertising or promotional
material or, knowingly to receive responses to any spam, unsolicited
advertising or promotional material sent or provided by any third party;
(e) In any way which, in our opinion, is or is likely to be detrimental to the
provision of the service to you or any of our customers;
(f) In an unlawful manner, in contravention of any legislation, laws, license
or third party rights, or in contravention of our Acceptable Use Policies.
Amended from time to time; or
(g) In a way that does not comply with any instructions provided to you;
(h) Any breach of paragraphs 10.1 (a)-(h) may result in action or actions
explained in paragraph 13 and 14.
10.2 JTD may make software available to you that will enable you to use the
service. This software must not be copied or modified by you or anyone else
unless allowed by law. It is important that you access the service only via use of
this software, or in an alternative way permitted by JTD, and you must not
attempt to circumvent any security measures inherent in the service.
10.3 The service JTD supplies to you, and any associated software, is intended
for your use only. Therefore, the service (or any part of it) or the associated
software, must not be re-sold, transferred, assigned or sub-licensed to anyone
else unless permission has been given in writing..
10. Uso del Servicio
10.1 El cliente tomará las debidas precauciones para asegurar que ni el ni un
tercero hacen un uso incorrecto del servicio mediante:
a) Uso fraudulento o en relación a cualquier delito criminal;
b) El envío, recepción, subida, descarga o utilización de cualquier material
que resulte ofensivo, abusivo, indecente, difamatorio, obsceno o
amenazador, o rompa cualquier término del copyright, confidencialidad,
privacidad o cualquier otro derecho;
c) Causar cualquier molestia o ansiedad innecesarias;
d) Promover o enviar correo no deseado (spam) o proveer de material
publicitario o promocional o recibir así mismo spam, publicidad o material
no solicitado, remitido o por parte de un tercero;
e) Cualquier otra actuación que se considere perjudicial para la provisión
del servicio al/los cliente/s;
f) Cualquier actuación ilícita, en contraposición con la legislación, leyes,
licencias o derechos de terceros, o bien en contraposición con nuestras
Políticas de Aceptación de Uso.
g) Cualquier actuación que no cumpla con las instrucciones que se
proporciona al/los cliente/s;
h) El/los cliente/s no re-distribuirá los servicios de JTD a ningún tercero.

El incumplimiento de cualquiera de los párrafos anteriormente expuestos en el
punto 10.1 incurrirá a acciones expresadas en los puntos 13 y 14.
10.2 JTD proporcionará al cliente el software necesario para el uso del servicio.
Dicho software no podrá ser copiado o modificado por el cliente o por ningún
tercero, a menos que esté permitido por ley. Es importante el cliente acceda al
servicio mediante el uso exclusivo de este software o, como excepción, mediante
otro procedimiento admitido y aceptado por JTD, sin intento de sortear las
medidas de seguridad establecidas por parte de CS.
10.3 El servicio proporcionado por JTD es para uso exclusivo del cliente que lo
contrata. Por ello, no se permitirá la re-venta, transferencia, asignación osublicencia de dicho servicio (y/o cualquier parte del mismo) o el software asociado,
a menos que sea conceda permiso por escrito.
11. Your Internet Use
11.1 The service enables you to access the Internet. The Internet is separate
from the service and use of the Internet is at your own risk and subject to any
applicable laws. We have no responsibility for any goods, services, information,
software, or other materials which you may obtain when using the Internet.
11. Uso de Internet
11.1 El servicio permite al cliente el acceso a Internet. Dicho acceso no está
vinculado al servicio y uso de Internet, bajo el propio riesgo del cliente y sujetoa
las leyes establecidas. JTD no tendrá responsabilidad sobre bienes, servicios,
información, software u otro material que puedan ser obtenidos por medio de
Internet.
12. Breach of Agreement
12.1 JTD may suspend the service or end this agreement (or both) at any time:
(a) With immediate effect if you materially breach this agreement;
(b) with immediate effect if JTD believes that the service is being used in a way
as described in paragraph 10.1, even if you do not know that the service is being
used in such a way;
(c) Upon reasonable notice if you breach this agreement in any other way and fail
to remedy the breach within a reasonable period of being asked to do so.
12.2 If JTD suspends or terminates this agreement under paragraphs 13.1, we
will inform you of such suspension or termination as soon as reasonably possible
and explain why this action has been taken.
12. Incumplimiento de Contrato
12.1 JTD suspenderá el servicio o finalizará el presente contrato (o ambos):
a) Con efecto inmediato cuando se rompa materialmente el presente contrato;
b) Con efecto inmediato cuando JTD crea que el servicio ha sido utilizado bajo
los términos descritos en el punto 10.1, incluso en el caso en que el cliente
desconociera que el servicio ha sido utilizado a tales efectos;
c) Bajo notificación pertinente si el cliente incumpliera el presente contrato por
cualquier otra vía y no se remediara dicho incumplimiento dentro de un plazo de
tiempo razonable.
12.2 En el caso en que JTD suspendiera o finalizara el presente contrato bajo los
términos descritos en el punto 13.1, se notificará al cliente de tal suspensión o

finalización tan pronto como sea posible y se le pondrá en conocimiento a cerca
de los motivos que han dado lugar a tal actuación.
13. Suspension of the Service
13.1 In the event that JTD chooses to suspend the service or a password or
username for any reason, JTD will restore the service only if adequate
guarantees have been given by you that the service will be used in accordance to
the agreement.

13.1 En caso de que, por cualquier motivo, JTD decida suspender el servicio,
contraseña o usuario, JTD restablecerá dicho servicio únicamente si el cliente
proporciona las garantías necesarias de que se hará uso del servicio de acuerdo
a lo acordado.
14. Our liability to you
14.1 JTD have no liability (whether in negligence or otherwise) for any loss not
reasonably foreseeable by us when this agreement begins, nor for any loss of
opportunity, goodwill, reputation, business, revenue, profit, or savings you
expected to make, wasted expenditure, or data being lost or corrupted.
14. Responsabilidad ante el cliente
14.1 JTD no tendrá Responsabilidad alguna (por negligencia o por lo contrario)
ante cualquier pérdida no previsible al comienzo del presente contrato, ni por
cualquier pérdida de oportunidad, voluntad, reputación, negocio, margen,
beneficio o ahorro que el cliente esperara obtener, cualquier desembolso o
información que haya sido perdida o corrompida.
15. Terminating this agreement
15.1 This agreement may be cancelled at any time giving one month’s notice.
15.2 This agreement will automatically continue until notice of cancellation. (See
section 18.1).
15.3 JTD may cancel this agreement at any time giving one months’ notice.
15. Finalización del contrato
15.1 El presente contrato podrá ser cancelado tras un período mínimo de 1 mes.

punto 18.1)

16. Amendment of agreement
16.1 This agreement may be amended by JTD, including charges, at any time.
JTD will notify you of any changes at least 14 days prior to them taking effect

17. Giving notice
17.1 If either party gives notice to the other under this agreement, this must be
done in writing or by email 1 month prior to cancellation.
(a) To JTD at our registered address or via email at [email protected]
(b) To you: at the postal address you specify when registering for the service or
an alternative address which you may give us, or at the e-mail address provided
to you as part of the service.
17. Notificación
17.1 Si cualquiera de ambas partes implicadas en el presente contrato diera
notificación alguna, ésta debe ser remitida por escrito o por correo electrónico
(Email) con un mes de antelación previo a la cancelación.

otra dirección alternativa, o bien a la dirección de correo electrónico
proporcionada al cliente como parte del servicio.
18. Email
18.1. The Client is responsible for checking the mail sent to the e-mail address
you provided us with.

19. Third party rights
19.1 A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the
Agreement

19.1 La persona que no forme parte del presente contrato, no tendrá derecho
alguno a los términos descritos en éste.
20 Invoices
20.1 In order to keep the cost of service down, invoices will be e-mailed to
customers. The customer agrees to accept emailed invoices. All payment for
services will be in advance. If payment is not received within 7 days of invoice,
service may be disconnected. There is a €35 reconnection fee. Customers who
persist with late payments may have the service terminated permanently at the
discretion of JTD.
20. Facturación
20. 1 Con intención de mantener un menor coste, las facturas serán remitidas a
los clientes por petición mediante correo electrónico (email). El cliente acepta
dicho envío. El pago por los servicios será por adelantado. Si no se produjera el
pago en las 7 días de la facturase procederá a la desconexión del servicio. Sera
cuota por reconexión de €35 dicho servicio. Tras repetidos impagos, JTD podrá
proceder a la desconexión permanente del servicio si así lo considerara
oportuno.

21 Telephone Service
21.1 Included in the GOLD package monthly fee are 100 free minutes to
landlines within the FREEZONE100 countries.

21.1 GOLD incluidos en la cuota mensual son minutos 100 gratuitos en llamadas
a fijos de FREEZONE100 Occidental.
22 Fair Use Policy
22.1 Telephony: To prevent abuse of free calls JTD restricts this offer to 100 mins
per calendar month. Call time exceeding 100 mins per month will be charged at
the standard published rates. Mobile Phones and areas outside the freezone are
not included and always charged at the published rates. A list of destinations
included in the freezone100 is available on request
22.2 File sharing Peer to Peer services: Although these services are allowed they
will not be given priority over other services, at times of high usage such services
may slow or even temporally stop.
22. Política de Uso justo

23 Change of Tariff
23.1 The client can change thier tariff free of charge once in a 12 month period.
Additional changes within a 12 month period will incur an administration fee of
