BIS UltraProtect® 1000 system
can succesfully withstand a
1000 hours salt spray test
The salt spray test is a worldwide standard accelerated corrosion test. The corrosivity of our
products is determined by salt spray tests according ISO 9227. All metal products and parts in
the BIS UltraProtect® 1000 have surface treatments that can withstand at least 1.000 hours*
salt spray test according ISO 9227. Walraven subjects its products on both accelerated
corrosion test as exposure to the exterior to continuously improve the corrosivity of its products.
