Hoy Seac es ciertamente una empresa de referencia en el sector del buceo. Fundada en 1971 por una idea de Marco
Arata, recientemente - gracias al apoyo de su hijo Daniele - ha emprendido una importante renovación estratégica
en varios frentes: desde el enriquecimiento de las líneas de producción a la ampliación del organigrama empresarial,

Today, Seac is certainly a company that sets benchmarks in the diving industry. Founded in 1971 as the brainchild of
Marco Arata, more recently - thanks to the support of his son Daniele - the company is embarking on an important

organisation, from the repositioning of its image to the technological evolution in production.

SEAC’s strict approach to overall quality continues to be a fixed point for spearfishing wetsuits as well. Quality is the primary
value upon which the company is founded. Specialized technicians follow every single step and detail during the design, prototype
production, and size development of each suit. Their objective is to create a standard suit that feels “custom made”. The
anatomic pre-formed and pre-angled cut that characterizes these suits is the result of numerous computerized creations
followed by "real world" testing of fulfilling divers’ needs, as well as the materials selected. These suits are made using only the
highest quality neoprene with attention paid to the smallest details. They are inspected one by one, then stored on hangers
until they are packaged at the time of shipping. Nothing is left to chance in the production and distribution process with a goal
of guaranteeing maximum quality and reliability.

También para los trajes dedicados a la pesca, el severo enfoque Seac a la calidad global sigue siendo un punto de referencia, uno
de los valores sobre los cuales se basa la competitividad de la empresa. Los técnicos especializados siguen cada una de las fases
y detalles del design, de la producción de prototipos y del desarrollo de las tallas. El objetivo es realizar trajes de serie “a medida”.
El corte anatómico pre-formado y pre-inclinado que los caracteriza es fruto de numerosas elaboraciones por ordenador y está
estudiado ad hoc en función de las distintas exigencias y de los materiales seleccionados. Los trajes están fabricados sólo con
neopreno de primera calidad, cuidados en los mínimos particulares, pasan por un control unitario y son almacenados extendidos,
para luego ser embalados sólo al momento del envío. Al interior del proceso productivo y de distribución nada es dejado al azar,
para garantizar siempre un producto de máxima calidad y fiabilidad.

The range of SEAC slings has been expanded to include an exclusive and unique model: PROGRESSIVE Power GREEN, a coextruded sling with optimal performance for engagement and reactivity, deriving from a special formula of blended rubber.
Compared to other models, the high quality of the product is guaranteed by SEAC expertise - now specialised in the process of
aging the raw material, throughout the successive assembly and packaging - and even in obtaining the best natural rubber latex
tube, created with a unique “continual immersion process”. The physical and mechanical characteristics of the raw material
used are the best, and consequently the quality of SEAC Latex is the best among products created with natural dry rubber and
synthetic materials.

La gama de los elásticos Seac se enriquece con un modelo exclusivo y único en el mercado: el PROGRESSIVE POWER GREEN,
un coextruido con grandes capacidades de progresividad y reactividad, gracias a una formulación especial de la mezcla de la
goma. Al igual que los demás modelos, se garantiza la calidad del producto tanto gracias a la experiencia de Seac, que es hoy
especialista en el proceso de maduración de la materia prima bruta, en el ensamblaje sucesivo y en el empaquetamiento, como al
uso del mejor tubo de látex de goma natural, creado con un “proceso especial de inmersión continua”. Las características físicas y
mecánicas de la materia prima utilizada son mejores, por lo que la calidad del látex Seac es más elevada respecto a los productos

technical specifications of seac sling
The elongation factor is the percentage by which the sling stretches, or the ratio between the sling at rest and the sling
when tautened in terms of percentage (ex. 200%). According to the optimal elongation factor, the performance of the sling is
maximized without the material losing most of its elastic capacity.
The stretching force, or better, the tensile force, is measured in Newtons and is the force necessary to stretch the elastic to
its optimal elongation factor.
caracterÍsticas tÉcnicas del elÁstico seac
El factor de alargamiento es el porcentaje con el que se extiende el elástico, es decir, la relación porcentual entre el elástico en
reposo y el elástico extendido (ej. 200%). En base al factor de alargamiento óptimo se maximizan los rendimientos del elástico sin
que el material pierda gran parte de sus capacidades elásticas.
La stretching force, o fuerza de tracción, se mide en Newton y es la fuerza necesaria para extender el elástico hasta su factor de
alargamiento óptimo.
