En pocos años, Gandia Blasco ha dado un
vuelco a este sector con una forma certera y
renovadora de entender ese espacio en el que
la arquitectura se despliega y se extiende al aire
libre. Paisajes amueblados e iluminados desde
una óptica rigurosa, esencial, y, al tiempo
festiva, refrescante, nueva.
Primero fue la serie bautizada como el enclave,
Na Xemena. Ninguna familia de muebles de
exterior ha sido tan celebrada en España
como ésta, invadiendo piscinas, gimnasios,
habitaciones de hoteles y porches sobre toda
la geografía peninsular.
Después llegó la proyección hacia el mercado
internacional y los trabajos de otros autores:
Patricia Urquiola, Francesc Rifé, Mario Ruiz.
Y, siempre, el trabajo constante, reconocido
con un baño de multitudes, de lo que José A.
Gandía-Blasco diseña (Daybed, Chill…): ha
conquistado nuestras terrazas con camas para
descansar al sol, geométricos doseles y hasta
tiendas indias, en un claro alegato de la postura
horizontal, del relax absoluto. Un magnífico
elogio de la buena vida.
La mejor arquitectura ha encontrado, al fin, un
gran aliado.

In only a few years, Gandia Blasco he has overturned the branch in a well-aimed and
reformist way of understanding this space in which architecture unfolds and expands
into the open air. Landscapes furnished and lighted from a rigorous, essential view,
festive, refreshing, and new at the same time.
First, there was the series named after the enclave, Na Xemena. No other family of
outdoor furniture has been celebrated like this in Spain. It invaded swimming pools,
gyms, hotel rooms and porches all over the peninsula.
Then the door was opened to the international markets and to the work of other
authors: Patricia Urquiola, Francesc Rifé, Mario Ruiz. And always with a constant
work, recognised with walkabouts, with what José A. Gandía-Blasco designs himself
(Daybed, Chill…): He has conquered our terraces with beds to rest under the sun,
geometric canopies and even Indian tents, in a clear argument in favour of the
horizontal position, of total relax. An excellent tribute to good life.
The best architecture has found, finally, a great ally.

En 1996, Gandia Blasco con su colección Na Xemena,
revoluciona el mercado de exterior contemporáneo,
creando un nuevo concepto. Después de acercar
el mediterráneo a todos los rincones del mundo,
queremos ocupar nuevos espacios: GANDIA BLASCO
PASSDOOR.

Actualmente Gandía Blasco cuenta con tienda propia
en algunas de las ciudades más importantes del Mundo.
La marca está presente en 74 países de los cinco
continentes, con tiendas y showrooms en Nueva York,

etc. Además de todos los locales a nivel nacional. En
todos ellos se pretenden transmitir la filosofía de la
