most symbolic sights. Departing from the
Spanish Steps, dominated by the church of
Trinità dei Monti and proceed to the Trevi
Fountain. Tradition tells us if you throw a coin
over your shoulder into the fountain you will
eventually return to Rome. Continue to the
Pantheon, the largest brick dome in the history of architecture, considered a forerunner
of all modern places of worship. The tour
ends at Piazza Navona, built on the ruins of
the Domitian Circus, adorned by Bernini's
Fountain of the 4 Rivers. Here you can
enjoy a refreshing Italian aperitif.

During your class, you will cook, and eat, your
own primo, secondo, and dessert. The experience is led by an international bilingual chef
who will share with you the secrets of the
Roman kitchen, old and new.
You will also be able to specify if you want to

We leave from Rome on a trip to the Mediterranean Coast to visit the ancient archaeological site of Pompeii and to enjoy a drive along
the Amalfi Coast. You’ll make a stop along the

CONTRACTS. Tours of contracts are governed by rules and regulations established by the International Convention on Travel Contracts (CCV) signed in Brussels on 23 April 1970 and ratified by Law

RATES. Rates are all quoted in EURO (€) and are based on present cost conditions and include VAT
taxes. They are valid from 01.11.2013 to 31.10.2014. Welcome Italy reserves the right to alter prices
if major increases occur during the course of the year.
PAYMENTS. Payment for services must be done directly for the total amount at the moment of the
booking. You can pay by credit card a surcharge of 5%.
RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION. The services are subject to availability and acceptance of
the client or agency . Reservations can be made with the concierge or by calling the toll free number.
PACKAGES (Train+Hotel). The conditions of packages "MORE DAYS FROM ROME" are not valid
during fair periods and special events. In these cases special conditions will be established in due
course. Prices are subject to reconfirmation.
Spare Tour s.r.l. reserves the right to provide hotels of similar category if the circumstances make it
necessary, at no additional cost or refund.
BAGGAGE. Welcome Italy is not responsible and items left on the bus by the customer .
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
PROCEDURE. Partial cancellation of a previously confirmed booking, must be followed buy a new
“confirmation order” from Welcome Italy, confirmed the modified booking. Full cancellation of all
services of a previously confirmed booking must be followed by Spare Tour s.r.l. confirmation. Welcome
Italy will not be responsible for any cancellation not confirmed and will regulary debit the relative
no-show charges.
CANCELLATION FEE. Hotel bookings and Sightseeing and Tours cancelled without due notice are
subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following scale (please note that "days" are "Italian
working days"):
SIGHTSEEING, TOURS, SPECIAL PACKAGE HOTEL INCLUDED:
• For cancellations at least 72 hours before service: 10% of package price per person more admission tickets
• For cancellations at least 48 hours before service: 20% of package price per person more admission tickets
• For cancellations less then 24 hours before service: 100% of package price per person.
LIABILITY. The liability Welcome Italy is limited. Welcome Italy acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions related to hotel bookings, accommodation, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature. Welcome Italy assumes no liability for injury,
loss, accident, delay or inconvenience that may occur both for reason of defect, or as a direct or indirect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil unrest, strikes, etc.) or from causes
beyond the control of Welcome Italy. Welcome Italy assumes no liability o additional expenses due
to loss, delays, schedule changes or other causes which affect the trip by plane, train, boat.
Welcome Italy reserves the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the enjoyment
and benefit of the members of the tour. Welcome Italy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any
tour departure in accordance with operating requirements.
DISPUTES AND SKILLS. For any problems or complaints from customers, the Court of Rome will
be dealt with instead of the single Tour Operator service manager.
TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION. All tour Operators associated to Welcome Italy are responsible of
their own services.
