The feeding gripper CnC-controlled by means of a rack and pinion is
part of all the machines previously described. It positions the material
according to the programmed length, as well as the feeding of
components during the whole production cycle.

Material moves over strong beams by means of a series of drags which
are driven by a motoreducer, to assist in positioning profiles onto the roller
conveyors to load or unload the components.
The drag system complements different installations of cutting, drilling,
plasma and/or thermal cutting.

The DAnoSorT is a system that allows the removal of parts after cutting that
due to their short length, remain on the supporting table of the band saw.
El DAnoSorT, es un sistema que permite la extracción de aquellas piezas
que tras cortarlas, y debido a su corta longitud, se quedan sobre la mesa de
apoyo de la sierra.
Components can be trim cut and tail ends, which have been cut either at
angles or straight, will be removed after the cut by means of a gripper and
placed in a given area and then to be pushed into a container or storage
area.
Las piezas pueden ser despuntes y retales, cortados en inglete o recto, que
serán extraídas tras el corte mediante un sistema de pinza extractora a una
zona determinada para luego ser empujadas a un contenedor o almacén.

The software can carry out solutions as shown, allowing for the design
and programming for all types of cutting machinery for the steel
construction industry, so a company with different installations from
DAnoBAT; will carry out their work in design and programming with
one Software. A single engineer would be able to send scheduled
jobs to different machines from his work station, avoiding the need to
have a programmer for each installation, thus achieving efficiency and
productivity.
El software que completa las distintas soluciones presentadas,
permite realizar trabajos de diseño y programación para todo tipo de
maquinaria de corte para la estructura metálica. De esta manera,
una empresa con distintas instalaciones de DAnoBAT, podrá realizar
sus trabajos de diseño y programación con un solo Software. Un
solo ingeniero sería capaz de enviar los trabajos programados a las
distintas instalaciones desde su lugar de trabajo, lo que evitaría tener
a un programador por instalación, ganando eficiencia y productividad.
The software features an easy and flexible design. The simple fact
of designing in 3D allows the operator to have a real vision of the
result that will be achieved after processing the component. Likewise,
the user is able to simulate in 3D dimension the movement that
the head will perform for machining the component, reducing to a
minimum, any possible errors during the execution of the program in
the machine.
El software se caracteriza por un diseño sencillo y flexible. El simple
hecho de diseñar en 3D permite al operario tener una visión real del
resultado que se obtendrá tras el mecanizado de la pieza. El usuario,
además, puede simular en 3D el movimiento que el cabezal de la
máquina realizará para mecanizar la pieza programada, reduciendo al
mínimo la posibilidad de errores durante la ejecución del programa en
la máquina.
