Historia
2002
2004
Luego de dedicarse a la publicidad
durante 5 años, Patricio Fuks decide
retomar el camino de su padre: el
negocio hotelero. Ese año, la empresa
liderada por Fuks funda Fën Hoteles y
se encarga de relanzar el antiguo Hotel
Bisonte, ubicado en Libertad y Paraguay,
en Buenos Aires. En tan sólo 4 semanas,
el hotel abre sus puertas bajo la nueva
marca: Dazzler. Desde la apertura,
el hotel trabajó con una ocupación
promedio del 90% y con una rentabilidad
positiva durante todos los meses.
Tiene lugar el nacimiento del primer
hotel 4 estrellas superior de la empresa:
Dazzler San Martín, situado en San
Martín 920 (Buenos Aires).
2003
El grupo incorpora el antiguo y
emblemático Hotel Phoenix, situado en
Córdoba y San Martín (Buenos Aires),
para refaccionarlo completamente. Para
esta tarea convocaron al Estudio Plan
Arquitectura, que conservó la fachada
y concibió un hotel completamente
nuevo por dentro, otorgándole al Grupo
el primer hotel boutique de Buenos
Aires, y con él, la nueva marca Esplendor
Hoteles Boutique. En noviembre del
mismo año, el grupo amplía su espectro
incorporando el Hotel Camberland,
situado en Pilar (provincia de Buenos
Aires), a la cadena Dazzler Hoteles.
2005
El grupo incorpora el Esplendor
Hotel El Calafate.
2007
Fën Hoteles suma un nuevo hotel
boutique a la cadena Esplendor:
Esplendor Hotel Palermo Soho.
Idóneamente, el Grupo Andreani
convoca a Fën para planear la reapertura
del emblemático Hotel Guaraní (situado
en Asunción, Paraguay). Meses más
tarde, se producen las negociaciones
para poner en marcha el antiguo Hotel
Savoy Rosario, localizado en dicha
ciudad argentina. El mismo, luego de
una importante refacción y rediseño
de interiores, se lanza bajo el nombre
de Esplendor Hotel Savoy Rosario.
2008
Se inaugura el Esplendor Hotel Guaraní,
luego de una remodelación completa.
La compañía realiza las aperturas de
Esplendor Hotel Palermo Hollywood,
Esplendor Hotel Savoy Rosario
y Dazzler Maipú.

2002
Having devoted himself to the advertising business for 5 years, Patricio Fuks decided to
resume his father’s path: the hotel business. In that year, the company led by Fuks founded
Fën Hotels and undertook to relaunch the old Bisonte Hotel, located on Libertad and
Paraguay, in Buenos Aires. In only 4 weeks, the hotel opened its doors under a new brand:
Dazzler. As from its inauguration, the hotel has operated with an average occupancy rate
of 90% and generated profits every month.
2003
The Group incorporated the old and emblematic Phoenix Hotel, located on Córdoba
and San Martín (Buenos Aires), in order to fully restore it and Plan Arquitectura was
commissioned to perform the work. The facade of the building was kept unchanged, but
a completely new hotel was conceived inside, which resulted in the creation of the first
boutique hotel in Buenos Aires while a new brand had come into existence: Esplendor
Hoteles Boutique. In November of that year, the Group expanded the business and
incorporated the Camberland Hotel, situated in Pilar (province of Buenos Aires),
into the Dazzler chain.
2004
The Group gave birth to its first superior 4-star hotel: Dazzler San Martín,
located at San Martín 920 (Buenos Aires).
2005
Esplendor Hotel El Calafate became a part of the Group.
2007
Fën Hotels incorporated a new boutique hotel into the Esplendor chain: Esplendor Hotel
Palermo Soho. Grupo Andreani smartly requested Fën to plan the reopening of the
emblematic Guaraní Hotel (located in Asunción, Paraguay). Months later, negotiations
were held in order to rebuild the Savoy Rosario Hotel, based in Rosario. Following
an important restoration and interior redesign process, the hotel was relaunched
and renamed Esplendor Hotel Savoy Rosario.
2008
The Group inaugurated Esplendor Hotel Guaraní, which had been fully remodeled,
Esplendor Hotel Palermo Hollywood, Esplendor Hotel Savoy Rosario and Dazzler Maipú.

A mediados de este año tiene lugar la
inauguración del hotel Dazzler San Telmo.
Fën Hoteles, junto a Emprenurban,
se encarga de construir, franquiciar y
gerenciar dos nuevos hoteles en Buenos
Aires: Dazzler Recoleta y Dazzler
Palermo.
Con 10 años de operación exitosa,
Fën Hoteles continúa expandiéndose
y buscando nuevas fronteras para sus
establecimientos. Se inaugura el hotel
Dazzler Campana.
2010
Fën Hoteles desembarca nuevamente
en la Patagonia Argentina y cierra un
convenio para gerenciar el hotel en
construcción Dazzler Puerto Madryn,
uno de los pocos hoteles en su género
en la zona.
Hacia fines de año se concreta un nuevo
proyecto para gerenciar el Esplendor
Hotel Mendoza, un nuevo hotel
boutique emplazado en un complejo
de entretenimientos en la localidad de
Maipú, Mendoza. Durante el mismo año
se cierran las negociaciones para abrir
un nuevo hotel a inaugurarse: Dazzler
Hotel Campana, en esa localidad de la
provincia de Buenos Aires
2011
Inaugura Esplendor Hotel Mendoza,
dentro del complejo Arena Maipú.
Hacia finales de año, inaugura Dazzler
Recoleta, con 141 habitaciones y
servicios de primer nivel. Se inaugura
también el Esplendor Hotel Montevideo,
anteriormente Hotel Cervantes,
totalmente remodelado.
2013
Fën Hoteles continúa su proceso de
expansión y realiza cinco aperturas:
Dazzler Puerto Madryn, Dazzler Lima
en Perú, Dazzler Montevideo (convertido
en el hotel más grande de la ciudad
uruguaya), Dazzler Palermo y Esplendor
Plaza Francia.
2014
La empresa continúa su camino de
crecimiento internacional. Se inaugura
el hotel Esplendor Cusco, en Perú, y
Esplendor Tamarindo, en Costa Rica.
2015
Se inauguran importantes proyectos
hoteleros en Estados Unidos: Dazzler
Brooklyn y Esplendor Bossert Brooklyn,
en Nueva York; Dazzler Clark y
Esplendor Embassy en Los Angeles;
Esplendor Bay Harbor en Miami.
Además se inauguran Esplendor
Punta Carretas, en Montevideo;
Esplendor Asunción y Dazzler Asunción,
en Paraguay; y Dazzler La Plata.
En 2016, se inaugurará Dazzler Rosario.

By the middle of this year, the Group inaugurated Dazzler San Telmo.
Fën Hoteles, along with Emprenurban, undertook to build, franchise and manage
two new hotels in Buenos Aires: Dazzler Recoleta and Dazzler Palermo.
2010
Once again, Fën Hoteles disembarked in Patagonia and concluded an agreement to
manage Dazzler Puerto Madryn, a hotel under construction which was one of the few
of its kind in the area.
By the end of the year, a new deal was concluded to manage Esplendor Hotel Mendoza,
a new boutique hotel located in an entertainment complex in the town of Maipú, Mendoza.
During that same year, the Group completed negotiations aimed at opening a new hotel:
Dazzler Hotel Campana, situated in said town of the province of Buenos Aires
2011
The Group opened Esplendor Hotel Mendoza within the Arena Maipú complex.
By the end of the year, it inaugurated Dazzler Recoleta, a 141-room building offering
top-quality services, and Esplendor Hotel Montevideo, formerly known as Cervantes
Hotel, which was fully remodeled.
2012
After a decade of successful business activity, Fën Hoteles continued to expand
and search for new locations for its hotels. It inaugurated Dazzler Campana.
2013
In line with its expansion process, Fën Hotels opened five new hotels: Dazzler Puerto
Madryn, Dazzler Lima in Peru, Dazzler Montevideo (which became the largest hotel
in Montevideo), Dazzler Palermo and Esplendor Plaza Francia.
2014
The Group continued to expand internationally and founded
Esplendor Cuzco in Peru and Esplendor Tamarindo in Costa Rica.
2015
The Group inaugurated impressive hotels in the USA: Dazzler Brooklyn and
Esplendor Bossert Brooklyn in New York; Dazzler Clark and Esplendor Embassy
in Los Angeles; and Esplendor Bay Harbor in Miami. Besides, other hotels were
inaugurated: Esplendor Punta Carretas in Montevideo, Esplendor Asunción and
Dazzler Asunción in Paraguay, and Dazzler La Plata. In 2016, the Group will be
opening Dazzler Rosario.
