Our employee count is maxing out this time of the year . . .
Please be sure you remember to punch the time-clock as
needed. Please clock in the beginning of your shift, in and out
for your 30 minute break, and out before you leave at the end of
your shift. With this many employees, it is very difficult to keep
up with making corrections to the timecards. If you want to be
paid correctly, be sure to punch! Thank you for your help!

Sunshine Salad
5 cups spinach leaves, packed, washed and dried well
½ red onion, sliced thin
½ red pepper, sliced
1 whole cucumber, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
⅓ cup of bottled vinaigrette dressing (“lite” if you prefer)
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Add
dressing and toss again. Serve immediately. Serves 5.
This recipe provides 2 fruit and vegetable servings per

Por favor,acuérdese de ponchar su tarjeta de tiempo como es debido.
Por favor, ponche al principio de su turno, adentro y afuera para su
descanso de 30 minutos, y afuera antes de irse al final de su turno.
Con tantos empleados, es muy difícil hacer frecuentes correcciones en
las tarjetas de tiempo. Si usted quiere cobrar su sueldo
correctamente. asegúresese de ponchar! Gracias por su ayuda.

clientes, dándoles una experiencia inolvidable!
Ensalada Soleada
5 copas de hojas de espinaca, lavadas y secadas bien
½ cebolla roja, picada en ruedas finas
½ pimiento rojo, picado en ruedas
1 pepino entero, picado en ruedas
2 naranjas, peladas y cortadas en pedazos pequeños
1/3 de taza de una botella de salsa de vinagre para
ensaladas (“lite” si prefiere)
Mezcle todos los ingredientes en un recipiente grande.
Agregue la salsa de vinagre y mezclelo. Sirva
inmediatamente. Sirve a 5 personas. Esta receta provee 2
